These guys are AMAZING.. The pipe burst in my apartment , which caused a lot of damage to the unit below. I called Alpha Rooter and within an hour Harut and Arman rushed to my place, stopped the leakage and fixed the problem. They're very professional and did not leave any mess behind. I highly recommend Alpha Rooter if you may have any plumbing issues. Thanks guys again for all your help.

So recently we decided to change our stove top to full gas stove with oven we were having some problems which only the gas company answered our questions correctly and said we need a plumber long story short i called harout who is the field manager They arrived next day without me having an appointment because i had told him as soon as possible (less then 24 hours) so he squeezed me in between appointments which was a lucky break for us ! Was in and out in less then 20 minutes with no problems at all just really showed us they knew what they were doing very nice, efficient all in all amazing Thanks again guys!!!! You guys are awesome

How frustrating is it when you have a plumbing issue? And especially how frustrating is it when you have a plumbing issue and your plumber can't figure it out? You have no idea how many headaches I have had with plumbers UNTIL I was recommended to the guys at Alpha Rooter. They don't understand what it means to not figure it out. It's always figured out. I've now been calling Harry and the guys at Alpha Rooter for the past 3 years and not a single time have they let me down. The guys are always professional and respectful to everyone in the home. Even when they are doing work and the kids/the dog/grandma and who knows who else is constantly running around as they quietly fix your piping disasters. Everyone always feels comfortable when they arrive and they leave the place cleaner than it was when they got there. I will recommend Alpha Rooter to anyone who ever needs any plumbing service in any situation. Stop wasting your time and just call them already. I'm serious. Thank you so very much to Harry and his guys at Alpha Rooter. They're the best. Simple as that!

What great company and person to work with. Harry gave us the lowest prices and did amazing work. He managed to repipe under our entire house in one day with no mess to clean up. He was on time, very professional, courteous, explained his work and gave us options. He is definitely my go to plumber from now on. I have known Henry and his crew for over six years or longer. When I first bought my home I had hired two different plumbers that were incredibly expensive, and we're not helpful at all. To say the least all the small jobs and major work that Henry and his crew have done in my house, has been done with accuracy and high level of work. From having my main sewage system redone, having my Water heater replaced, or a simple toilet change, these guys do it all. Professional, on time, incredibly flexible, you cannot ask for a better plumbing company that you can stand by. They have a client for life.

We had a pin-hole leak in the water heater hose that flooded the kitchen floor and adjacent carpet over night. This was the tipping point in seeking a very knowledeable excellent plumber with really decent prices to fix a tri-fecta of issues (also needed a garbage disposal replaced and fix a severely leaking main bathroom shower valve). We couldn't have been happier with Harry's communication to us about each required repair and the upfront, very affordable estimate prior to start, which was perfectly honored for payment after completion of all requested services. Harry and his assistant were very quick with completing each repair, yet top notch quality work was performed. I'm a 40 year technical writer who's worked with hardware technicians in the past -- believe me, these guys knew exactly what and how to accomplish each task with precision and confidence. Needless to say, we we're very impressed overall. In fact, we are recommending them to our HOA as THE go to plumbing company to call.

Hi Pocket Neighbors..... Just wanted to share a great experience regarding a major plumbing job I had to do. After spending way too much time interviewing, comparing, getting a handful of quotes, and sorting through the different plumber opinions, I finally settled on Harry with Alpha Rooter. He was patient and clear in explaining to me the different choices of how it can be done. It was a big job, but Harry and his team were fast, efficient, professional, and respectful -- even with digging up some of my favorite plants. At the end of the day, I had to leave which I was nervous about. I expected to come home to a big mess and dead plants. But, when I came home later that evening the job was finished, cleaned up and the plants were all put back where they came from. They watered everything and removed all debris. He even guaranteed his work for 20 years. If you find you need a fabulous plumber (big and small jobs), Harry is the plumber to call. When I got screwed up by a sham general contractor who scammed us with a fake license and took 80K from our budget for our guesthouse total remodeling and abandoned the project with endless things to fix I was devastated. I looked long and hard to find reputable trustworrhy licensed contractors to rescue the project that was suspended for 9 months. I met multiple plumbers from different sources including Yelp, Angie's List and others. I met Harry due to a separate emergency plumbing issue that we had with our main house. He was the only guy we called and showed up late at night with his partner and solved our waterheater issue that turned out to be an accidental shut off . Instead of telling us lies to charge us a lot of money he told us the truth and didn't charge us anything unlike other plumbers ( one even told us to take out our shower to diagnose the problem). We ended up having him install a new toilet we already bought to make up for the time he took to come over our house. Because of that incident I hired Harry to do the entire plumbing work for our guesthouse remodeling from evaluating the existing work to fixing everything and finishing what was left. I told him that I was going to be the general contractor myself and he needed to be flexible and patient with me with timing of each task I assigned him as many of those tasks were dependent on other contractors work and inspection as well. He was very patient and always took my calls whenever I had questions and made himself available whenever I needed him to be at the job site. He and his partner work really long hours daily. They are really honest and hardworking and do great work. During the entire course of many months it's usually me interacting with Harry. My husband who didn't know him thought he looked rough and unhappy because he looked very serious. But through the many months of working with him I know under that tough look he has a really good heart. He laughs when i joke with him that he needs to smile more. I think it's part of Armenian culture that people don't smile as much ( maybe I'm wrong). But what I can tell you is they are good plumbers and charge very reasonable rates. You won't regret hiring him and his partner. Call him instead of texting. He responds fastest by phone calls than texts.

Reliable, Genuine & Very Quick Response Time. Had a last minute pipe burst and they answered promptly and showed up incredibly quick! Very professional team and very knowledgeable with great prices. They explain everything to you and provide free estimate. Decided to have them handle the job and couldn't be more happier with our choice. They did a great job and left everything clean. I contacted Alpha Rooter this morning for a non- emergency kitchen sink repair. I assumed I would get scheduled later this week, but I was scheduled for later this afternoon. Harry who seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced, showed up on time and completed the repair. I appreciated his quick and effective service and also very reasonable pricing.

I don't know any Plummer in the area till I came across Alpha Rooter. I called and they went to the house and met a fantastic guy named Harry. He fixed everything in the house. And when I had an emergency to fix something I called and they came to fix it even though I did not make any schedule they still took their time to fix it. Aside from fixing they will also clean the place. I am very observant on people Harry and his assistant are very professional and know what they are doing they even clean the place after they finish their work. when it comes to price he is very reasonable. Thank you Alpha Rooter it was a Fantastic Job!!! if I can give more than 5 Stars I will......:) M
