I had two pieces of trim on my 2019 Dodge Challenger where the clear coat started peeling and the dealership recommended A & E Auto Body for the warranty work.From the beginning, Arthur and everyone I interacted with were 100% professional and the communication was outstanding. Once the parts were in and painted, the install work was done quickly (less than 30 minutes) and Arthur even offered to have the car washed for me when it was complete.1000% would recommend, and while I hope to never need auto body work, A & E will be my go-to from here on out.Service: Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience with A & E Auto Body and Arthur. They have an online quote system and I just had to submit some photos to get an instant quote. Arthur was very responsive and respectful of my time and situation and made me feel very comfortable going with him. Arthur went above and beyond with his repairs, communication, and speed. Once my insurance confirmed the damages it only took a week to get everything completed. So happy I went with A & E Auto Body. Thank you, Arthur!

If I could give them ten stars I would. I stumbled across them on accident after I had a fender bender right outside their shop. They were so kind and helpful as I navigated everything post accident, were super speedy with repairs, and could not have been more generous. A MILLION THANK YOUS! Okay so I took my Jeep Wrangler 392 back in February, due to shortages it took a while to get my jeep fully fixed. However, during the process Arthur was great at communicating and following up. Not only that but he was also very respectful and professional. Thank you Arthur for everything. I love my jeep even more.

Art and his crew provide the single best auto body experience I've had to date. They found a lifetime customer. They had my Challenger in and out in literally 20 mins for a small scratch, where another shop quoted me an astronomical amount. 10/10 in all aspects

Man where do I even start! I wanna thank Arthur and his crew for fixing up my car I was upset that I had to leave my car there to get it fix but it was worth it he manage to get me new parts instead of used parts and he made sure to take care of everything and his crew and I wanna thank them so much for fixing it and I appreciate it! My car looks brand new again like how I first bought that car! So everyone I would recommend going to his shop if your car had an accident! Arthur will make sure to take care of everything!!!

Arthur is the absolute best. He is super responsive and goes into detail about everything that needs to be repaired. I had an issue with a scratch on my car as well as a broken vent, and he and his team fixed it up beautifully. I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone!

I decided to get my car fixed, it had been keyed and also the back bumper was dented in. There was a lot of work to get done on it - Arthur made the process of it getting fixed SO easy and so stress free. I can't explain enough how amazing Arthur is and I'm forever grateful for this. Customer service, responsiveness, understanding and patience is always shown here and I will be back every time. Thanks Arthur!

The absolute best! I love supporting this family business. I came here years ago and Sean always took care of us. This time around, everything was handled by Arthur (his son) and everything went just as smooth. Arthur handled everything with my claim, my rental, and my car. No headache whatsoever. Everyone here is kind, understanding, and do their absolute best. You're in good hands here, I don't trust anyone else with my car.

I've been coming to Art for quite some time now and he never fails to deliver. Brought in both our cars over these past few months and we were both completely satisfied with our vehicles. This is a long overdue review for the excellent service Art provided. He helped me with a minor fender bender a month ago. He made sure I understand everything with much patience and answered all my questions. How can I PUT THIS INTO WORDS???? Arthur! The team! Everyone! 2.5 months of back and fourth... from insurance to copart etc... Arthur (owner) angel! Has helped me all the way! I cannot express more gratitude and explain to all the world how this body shop has helped me! Months my car being at a and e waiting for insurance etc (I have s*** insurance) the owner allowed me to have my car at the shop just waiting accumulating fees and been so kind! Meaning... my s*** car, and they could have taken another car in...taking up space waiting on insurance and payments.. and has been so kind to me. Instead of being the Shady most auto body shops are... I felt secure... reassurance.. and taken care of. This is a voluntary post.. no soliciting from the owner etc what -so-ever!!! The kindness I've experienced compelled me to write this review. I am an 34yo woman. Asian Petite .. extremely unknowledgeable of the ins and outs of the process of fixing a car after. In NO WAY has this thisbody shop taken advantage of a woman who knows nothing! When we get into an accident or get hit... sure?call insurance.. then what? Everyone needs an auto body shop they CAN TRUST and I will put my life on this... A and E is it!

I took my Toyota Yaris in after a tree fell on it. A&E miraculously repaired her, better than new. They went above and beyond, and even helped me secure a rental car so I wouldn’t be stranded. I am so grateful for Arthur and everyone at A&E! I highly recommend them. They are affordable, honest, and thorough! They are high quality people who do a high quality job, and make it easy on you. I sent my mom there with her SUV too, and they are reliable every time. Thank you again Arthur!!
