Diane at A-1 Self Storage North Hollywood California on VanNowen Street us Superb she really did a tremendous job and is very kind professional thorough and skilled at what she does I can tell you that Diane cares about the customer and the facility and made sure I felt comfortable and answered all and any questions I had regarding rental of a storage unit it was my pleasure having her guide me through this experience she showed me how to use my access code how to find my unit she showed me my unit and gave me a tour and explained how the storage unit is to be used and how the building property is used and even told me that if i had any further questions or concerns she would be able to assist me anytime, Diane was very friendly and helpful should I have any other needs. ALSO ID LIKE to say your property manager Yabone was very nice professional and considerate and did my completion of my rental with perfection I'm truly happy 10 stars with the experience I'd reccomend everyone rent a storage unit with A1 Self Storage ? thanks

The staff offered us candy and water. SOLD - on great customer service and staff attitude; friendly and helpful. Also prices were the best around after looking around.
