Ive been a customer for over 15 yrs and never had to wrestle a shopping cart from an employee to shop and take outside with heavy waters and watermelons bc of cart thefts from always growing homeless camps outside I will be shopping at the Coldwater location now

This was a quick stop for some odds and ends which also proved to have been very interesting. I'm pretty sure that most frequent shoppers have found that the average item sold at these stores no longer cost 99 cents. In fact the average cost per item these days are between $1.49 and $1.99 depending on the item. It certainly isn't what it once was some 3-5yrs ago. Perhaps they should consider rebranding them as "THE TWO-DOLLAR STORE"!

Well what can I say........ They lost their way !!! They stop carrying a lot of stuff that made them famous for higher price items. Which are not any better quality!!!! So there is a reason it's at the 99

Absolute horror of people working here. Went today, Easter Sunday to the store around 3:18 pm. Witnessed the most rude cashier I have EVER encountered!!!! EVER! Whomever was on register number 1 (woman with black roots, blonde hair) needs to be sent to customer service school. How she treated all 3 customers before me and how I was treated, she has no business working at a store let alone in the front of the store. Put her in delivery or throwing out the trash. How she was hired in the first place is besides me. I will be calling corporate.

Customer service is very poor and a lot of things are unfortunately miss-priced.When I went to go check out, I pointed out to the cashier "Maria" that a few things were the wrong price (she did adjust some items) and that they should try to fix it because it's always an issue here. "Maria" the cashier then proceeded to say "it's not my job" which I then said "yes it is you work here" and she again, proceeded to argue with me and say "I'm only the cashier, that's not my job". I explained to her that I used to also work as a cashier in customer service and she became silent. If "Maria" is even her name because her name tag was turned over so nobody can see it.Anyhow, as a customer service worker myself of 6+ years, I understand the frustration but you should never be argumentative with a customer. The right thing to do would just be to say "I apologize about that I'll talk to my manager about it" not continue to argue. It was extremely rude, unprofessional and I left the store very annoyed and disappointed. Although, she did adjust a few items for me that still doesn't give her the right to CONTINUE to argue with me.It's disgusting that someone would hire anyone with that type of attitude. I hope that a supervisor can talk to her about this situation so she can take it more seriously and not talk to customers in that manner.
