I came to this Gas Station to get a Gas and buy something to drink. Behind the Cashier was sitting a male, perhaps in his late Sixties. He had a Grey Hair, and a Small Grey Goatee beard. He had Such a Bad Bad Bad Attitude, and was Very Rude and Disrespectful..
I said.... Good Morning...
He did not answer.... That was not of a big deal .
As I tried to talk to him regarding the buying items, he answered me in Such a Rude and Harsh tone, as he kept looking at his cell phone...
Sir.... I said... Can you check please the price of this Energy Drink....
He didn't answer, instead he kept looking outside and Ignored me as if I was not Exist...
He, by the way, did not have a name Tag on his Shirt, so I didn't know what was his name....
Thank you... I said, and left the items, I didn't get gas from this 76 station...
Well 76, we all do know that we Love money a lot, but at least try to teach your employees to learn what we do call it..... A Good Customer Service...
Thank you Mr. Goatee Beard for your Low and Bad Attitude.... Good Job....

They have a dirty facility with a bunch a pumps not working. Also they refuse to let anyone use the bathroom. Rude attitude.

Lou's is one of the few remaining full service gas stations! I would let their mechanics do any necessary work on my cars!

Not sure about there service quality cause never brought my car here however I can tell you I regularly come here for other purposes and the old man in the cashier office is one grouchy old man. He doesn't like letting you use his restroom even if you pump gas. I can understand not letting just anybody use it but he needs to just chill out and treat customers like customers.
