Edited to increase the rating after receiving a response from the store owner. The quality of management is one that is unfortunately rare. The store owner personally called me after a store incident and from our discussion, I learned that he is someone that is genuinely committed to maintaining store quality while caring about his employees as people. Many stores see employees as expendable resources and would rather replace them than work with them on improving, so this was a refreshing experience.

Worst pandemic response. An employee came out of the back, took his mask OFF, and walked within a couple inches of me to walk past me to go through the store. I the only customer there, so literally any other path would have been better, but why the f*** are your employees taking their masks off when they ENTER the store floor?
