Stay away from this 7-11 location. The cashier needs to be replaced, rude to all the customers, talks very aggressively, and is just an all around bitter guy. No one wants to deal with this at a convenience store. Better service down the street.

So I am on lunch right now he 6 AM and I came to this 7-Eleven wanting a cup of coffee to wake up and they refused to make me a cuppa coffee saying that the decaffeinated a is good enough or I’ve never heard of such a thing he is acting like it’s alcohol there’s no reason for this whatsoever. I thought the customer was always right. I’ve never had a 7-Eleven. It is the one on victory in Vineland. I would recommend driving to another one not to mention that it’s filthy. It’s out of product.

I'm still waiting for the manager or the owner to check the cameras on Wednesday 16 of August 2023 around 11pm I gave $100 bill to a new employer and he said I gave $20 bill.- I understand he is new and that day a lot of homeless .... I would like to the owner contact me.

I went in yesterday to ask for change for a 100, and as I did, there were 3 clerks behind the counter talking to each other and laughing, which I understand, having shifts with friends can be nice. But then as soon as I asked to break a 100, all three of them gave me a nasty look and said no. Which is weird since the 7-Elevens on Burbank and on Tujunga just nearby always let me break 100s when I need to, but nevertheless I understand, maybe money was tight that day. But then later that day I went in to go get some milk before I got home, and apparently they were on break?? Isn't 7-Eleven's whole thing is that they're open 24 hours? They had the doors locked with chains and one of the clerks from earlier went up to the door and just gave me rude looks as if I should have known they were on break

Little guy behind the counter with sandals on got upset because I accidentally spilled some of my fountain drink on the drink station. Gave me a large roll of brown tissue to clean it lol

The cashier was extremely rude first off. He will act as if he doesn't speak English(started speaking hindi when I came in for a refund) when he does. Not the most fluent, but he does and you can understand his english. I had bought a bottle of milk to go along with a pastry I bought elsewhere. When I started drinking the milk. It was well over 2 weeks expired. I came back demanding my money back and was refused my money back. Checked their inventory and saw so many of their drinks and food was expired. Do yourself a favor. Do not buy anything that you'd eat. Or if you will. Check the expiration date so that you dont get sick like I did

Over charging on everything compared to the 7 eleven up the block on vanowen. box of redbull is under 10$ every other 7-11 here its 12.45. Like the other review said got over charged for coffee. And when u bring it up to the worker he is rude about it. Offering a refund like in a condescending tone.

The Hindi. Man with bred was rude I went to get water he close. The door on me cuz he was sleepy he was saying He is not gaving me water and they are close. At 2 am. What kinda 7 eleven is this closing at 2 am

500pm.today. after long long drive I need b/time for a while 4 the refresh.Water. lemon. coffee. sandwitch. cups.ATM.....I m real happy to this store visited. Coz of Monty★.His always gentle and nice to me that my rushing items request. Also he recommands 4 save money cups buying. Its real happy feelings.
