Experience Convenience and Cleanliness at 7 Eleven! When it comes to quick and convenient shopping, 7 Eleven is a go-to choice for many people. With their wide range of products available 24/7, they make it easy to grab what you need on the go. One aspect stands out about 7 Eleven is their commitment to cleanliness. Step into any 7 Eleven store, and you'll notice the neat and tidy environment. Clean shelves, organized displays, and well-maintained facilities create a pleasant shopping experience. You can feel confident that the products you're purchasing are handled with care and maintained to meet high hygiene standards. While 7 Eleven excels in keeping their stores clean, I have noticed room for improvement in customer service skills, especially in the mornings. Although the staff is generally friendly and helpful, they may appear less attentive or rushed during busy morning hours. However, keep in mind that everyone has their busy moments, and they strive to provide great service overall. Taking these factors into account, I would rate 7 Eleven with an average rating. The cleanliness of their stores is commendable, creating a positive shopping atmosphere. With a little more focus on enhancing customer service in the morning, they have the potential to elevate their rating even further. If you're looking for a convenient store with a clean environment, 7 Eleven is still a reliable choice. So next time you need a quick snack, a cup of coffee, or other everyday items, give them a visit. Enjoy the convenience while appreciating their commitment to cleanliness.

24hr easy parking and walk-up access. This 7-Eleven on Magnolia & Cahuenga Blvd(s) is one I frequent, typically for a cold beverage (like their Replenish & Replenish Zero electrolyte hydration beverages - better than Powerade or Gatorade in my opinion), easy snack (Lenny & Larry's vegan cookies) or to use the atm that is good for US Bank, some Credit Unions and several others... and of course if it's your bank, then no service fee! The clerks here are nice and respectful. It's clean from front to back and they're usually stocked up in the essential areas (fridges, front end and snack isles)... Even though it stays busy with foot traffic, especially during big Power Ball draws like this week! I've had zero issues here and have been coming regularly for the last year or so as my local favorite dive bar The Bullet is a few skips away, just behind them.

Just bought a bottle of Kraft Real Mayo. September 2nd 223. Got home and looked at the label. It’s “Best By” date was 11APR2023. That’s almost 5 months ago. Why would they have something on their shelf that 5 months past it’s out date??

I'd rate 5 stars but 5hey forgot 2 chocolate croissant , to some it may be a small thing but when your craving for something and those 2 items is what prompted to order and you spent over $40 dollars plus tip of $5 dollars you would think they would make sure your order has everything! From now on , tipping should be given after you check your order, and if they don't have the time to wait, then it's their loss..... ?

Manger of this store tells foolishly employees not to have any hot dogs or pizza available in the evening because he's apparently worried about losing the nickles and dimes of one going stale... and instead loses the biz of everyone that would come in... that instead drive to the other two stores nearby to get a late night hot dog or pizza. Guy shouldn't be managing a biz!

Super weird lady who works there. I bought some crazy glue but when I opened the package it was dried out so I went back for a replacement within 5 mins and she started yelling at me and saying she told me not to open it? Which didn't make sense cause I bought it to use it. Lol I wasn't trying to get my money back just wanted a replacement for the 5 dollar bottle of dried out super glue. I don't normally write bad reviews, I tend to use this site for excellent service but this chick was yelling at me because I was apparently not supposed to open the bottle of super glue I purchased and I'm just confused lol

Worst staff ever! I placed a postmates order and I was missing three out of seven items and the rest were the wrong items to begin with I called once my order was delivered and the guy straight up yelled at me over the phone! Like what the heck and he started cursing I was like no way this guy has a business he needs to be fired asap! Also reading all these reviews of people having the same rude service only shows the type of crappy people they are at this location. Avoid this place as much as possible

“Open 24 hours,” not!!! Came here at 4am and the doors were *chained* shut. Homeless guy out front told me the guy who runs the place just closes whenever he feels like it.
Isn’t 7-11 supposed to be a chain with some kind of standard of service?
I thought the whole point of these places is that they are (supposed to be) always open.
That’s why they are called convenience stores.
This particular location is an inconvenience store.

So I'm usually in this store as it's right around the corner from me. The young guys working are doing a great job. However, the owner who closes and is always wearing a beanie is a bit rude. Asked if i was paying with cash or credit. "Cash" I said "Credit would be better." He argued. "Cause I just counted the till and you will have to wait another ten minutes." "Fine, I'll pay with card...." Like dude why even ask me if you are gonna argue with my decision. Just start with "Hey, I just closed the till are you able to pay with card?" "Do you want a plastic bag?" He then asks me. "Yes please if you don't mind." Again he argues, "I do mind. It's not eco friendly." "...." Well unless you plan on carrying my products around the corner for me, something tells me you don't actually mind. Or don't offer the bag I. The first place. Then his card reader stops working and continues to just beep. So again I suggest accepting payment via cash, to which he continued to huff and puff. At that point I said "Have a great night, I'll order via UberEats." Atleast now I can chat WITH the employees about how unprofessional their boss is. Not the first time I have heard of his lack-of-service.
