This is the gym where I lost the last of the 124 pounds I lost. More importantly, it's where I've kept that weight off for many years. And since Google asked me to add to this, many more years after I originally posted.

Ugh!! It was a good club until they changed it from a Super Sport to a regular club. Now, not so good. For the money, you can do better elsewhere.

Don't believe any of the 5 stars. They are more than likely paid. The place is really bad and needs a new owner. I do not think they clean the place.

Had a 6 month membership, suppose to be done in June. The last week my account is open I asked the people at the desk if I needed to cancel my account. I was told the account will cancel and that I will need to renew my membership if I want to keep using the gym. 2 months later I have found out that my membership does not auto cancel and that I have been getting charged for my membership when I have not used the gym in this time frame since the main desk told me I would not have a membership after that last week in June. No refund....not going to use 24 hour fitness again.

I’m very satisfied with the service offered at this location, clean, and diversity of equipment. I signed up for personal training with Scott. He is an amazing trainer who has actually helped the pain in my back go away. I highly recommend training with him!

Wow The so called owner is really working over time w his"WE STRIVE TO..." ... B.S RESPONSES. "LOOKS LIKE WE REALLY DROPPED THE BALL" As the owner , that is your response to an unclean unsanitary, bathroom stalls inoperable, poor staff? Anytime you see this many 1 stars w detailed bad reviews, and then a bunch of new good reviews......they are definitely paying people or giving incentives to leave good reviews. As the owner you should have already been onto of all these things, to represent the company, and/or customers w pride and professionalism.

Look...our machines may be old and, sure, you can't always find the dumbbell you're looking for, BUT the community/people who come to this location are amazingly friendly, considerate, and supportive. I'll take that over some of the other "nicer" gyms in the area.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 5-6 years, I’m a 5-6 week regular. I know a lot of people complain about the homeless people coming in and dirty people, but the staff here works really hard to maintain. I’m always seeing them picking up after people, friendly even after people are rude, entitled, and pretentious. I’ve never come to a 24 with such friendly staff, from front desk to the janitor. Not to mention, now that there’s a frequent custodian here, it is so much cleaner and organized!! She’s also a doll, her name is Teresa, she’s the sweetest woman, so warm every morning I’m here. I just want to thank the staff for all the hard work they put in this place, I know it’s not easy. Just know you’re appreciated.

This gym is great if you like:
-dumbbell hoarders
-flocks of high school kids on their phones sitting on equipment not using it
-homeless people in the locker room
-broken equipment that just stays broken
-people who drop weights for the sport of it
-other people’s loud conversations or singing or music
-vaping god-knows-what everywhere
-being filmed (people routinely set up tripods to record their workout)
-general dirtiness (don’t look up at the fans or air vents - they’ve never been cleaned)
Updated 1.5 years later: like an idiot I signed up fora new year long contract here. Half the dumbbells are missing, the locker rooms and showers are just as nasty, for such a big space they’re lacking machines smaller gyms have. At least it’s cheap
