I was the recipient of bereavement flowers. I must say in all my years this was the most beautiful arrangement of roses, lily varieties and others, it was spectacular. Everything was so fresh. It has been 4 days and they still look amazing. There was no preservative provided but did have instructions on how to take care of the flowers. The vase was clear, heavy but beautiful. I will remember these forever.

I drop by today today for a last minute birthday arrangement. The young man that assisted me was really helpful, I forgot to get his name. Beautiful arrangement he put together :) first time I come in person and will be coming back again. Thank you!

Karina was incredibly patient and helpful. I came in to purchase a bouquet for a friend. I was on a budget -She made this a really stress free and fun experience! The flowers where gorgeous! Thank you Karina and staff for your customer service it was incredible!

My decision to shop at this flower shop was solely based on location. It is the closest flower shop to my house. However, my decision to return is based on the customer service! Leo was genuinely sympathetic and extremely kind and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he went to grab all the flowers for me. I told him that I have my own vase that I made and would like to use, and he was very experienced in arranging the flowers to fit the vase I brought in. He complimented the vase and I thought that was very sweet of him. I am going to be a returning customer for sure! They had what I needed and the price was very reasonable!

I don’t live in US and wanted to buy flowers for my mom who lives in LA. Their site didn’t accept my order because they denied my card, however they charged the exact amount including the tips!!! I understand that technical issues happen and tried to contact them several times and never got any response!edit:Responding to the owners response: I already contacted you via your site’s “contact us” page and didn’t get any response. I can’t call you because your phone denies any calls from abroad. I’ve been charged $99.51 on 8th of March by Conroys Flowers F-73

5th year in a row for flower delivery for moms birthday since I live out of state. Always on time and delivered on correct day. Mom is always ecstatic for how the bouquet looks too

I pass Conroy North Hollywood Flowers many times in a week and I purchased from them before but I have to give a shout out as I visited the shop two days ago for a corsage for my sons first school dance at the last minute Virtually two hours before the dance I didn't realize you have to pre-order and not just go into a flower shop and buy it . I am so grateful that owner Jaime and his team was kind enough to create one last minute it was so gorgeous and for me emotional, and the thought that he would do this while I waited, was so touching, I will forever purchase my flowers here. The employees were so sweet and Jaime showed me how difficult something like this was to make and I saw how long it took to create. He even made a boutonniere for my son for me not only was really kind but it's a memory I will last forever. His friend cried with joy when she got her beautiful corsage! 10 STARS! Jessica

1-800-Flowers is some of the worst of the worst in customer service or any service for that matter. My friend ordered a an edible bouquet as a surprise for me. Apparently she was given a window of delivery of 10AM-8PM and even chatted with someone to confirm a specific time and was told they don't have a specific time other than that window. She was never informed that I'd have to be home at a specific time to sign off on the delivery. She also was required to put her own and my information as the recipient. I got a call at 5:30PM from a driver saying he's at my door with my delivery and needs a signature. I told him he must have the wrong number and then realized it must be a surprise. The driver tried to leave it at my door without a signature, and sent me a picture of the arrangement (again ruining the surprise) to confirm he left it. He called a few minutes later to say he's not allowed to leave it at the door and asked if I'm nearby. I had to stop everything I'm doing to rush home and sign off on this now not surprise of a fruit bouquet. My friend called customer service to express her disappointment. She spoke with "supervisor" Joel who was very passive aggressive and insisted that I missed a few calls of them telling me they're on their way. I never received any calls until the driver was literally at my door yet Joel continued to dismiss this and spew his lies.I highly discourage anyone from ever using 1-800-flowers for absolutely anything. What a complete trash of a company. Horrible.
