Please avoid this car wash. The bristles on the brushes severely damaged the paint on my new Honda CRV. This was my first and last time using an automatic car wash. I went on Tuesday, 8/30, at around 9:30 AM at the North Hills location. I regret trusting the positive reviews of this place. Don't make the same mistake I did!
The least they can do is refund me back the 14$ that I paid for their horrible service.

Get the 4 plus 2 free wash book. It's $32 it's basically $5.33 each wash. The best air hose are the ones in the back because they have better pressure than the others. Helps get water around the doors and windows or other cracks. Would be 5 stars if people stop trying to detail their whole car, they need to fix the pressure on the other hosesand glue some rubber tips on them.
Weekday mornings are good. The air has gotten worse for the hoses in main section. Not much pressure at all.

In and out just like I like it! When you're using the air hose and the pressure goes down wait 3 seconds and squeezes again.

This is in regards to the Lankershim location.
I've raise a complaint for possible minor damages from the $14 Shine wash. Poor customer service. Owner is unpleasant. I've added photos of the conversation on Yelp.

Super busy on a Saturday but the lines go fast. My vehicle is sparkling clean a the tires are so shiny!! Highly recommend.

Been coming here since I’ve had my car, but my experience today was just exceptional! I noticed that for the last two washes I’ve had here, my hood came out still appearing dusty. I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but while vacuuming, Adam took notice (without me saying anything) and advised me to go around and rewash my car. How sweet! I appreciated the care so much. 10/10 service, I’ll always be loyal to this place.
UPDATE 5/31/24:
Yet another incredible experience at Wild Wash. I appreciate Gabriel and the other attendant (I forgot his name ? but he wears glasses) for their amazing service, kindness, and hospitality. Any concerns or questions here and I’ve been taken care of beyond expectations. When I said I was loyal to this place, I meant it! Wild Wash continues to give me reasons to give them my business. Thank you!!!

I love this car wash. I was super impatient on how well it cleaned my lifted truck. I have issues with most automatic car washes and they miss a lot of spots. Also, they have plenty of vacuums that have great suction. Will definitely keep going back
