“Thank goodness for Adler Animal Hospital!My rabbit had eye issues and we struggled to find available vets in Los Angeles that were not only taking new patients but were actually available to see him as soon as possible. Amongst the many that were called, we ended up with Adler Animal Hospital and were not disappointed.The hospital is supported by The Bunny Bunch which is also the same group that referred me to 2 of the best vets in Orange County so I knew the service would be great. The hospital appears to have 3 specialized vets who can care for rabbits and that’s important for me. They aim to have 2 of them per weekday and 1 (Mr. Adler himself) on the weekends.We were able to book the following day even though it was at 6:30PM and were seen by Dr. Rogelio Pena. He was very sweet and knowledgeable and asked us a few questions about Jameson’s diet, living conditions, symptoms, and concerns.From there, he recommended treatments and drafted up an estimate. We signed off on the estimate and he conducted the vital check and testing. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and the level of attention and care that we received.Exam $142.00Nail Trim $58.50We hope that future visits are only for routine check ups but we are fortunate to have great care in the neighborhood.(24/100—2023)”

“last week (the weekend before Christmas basically) I was hoping to get antibiotics for my dogs uti. I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the phone so I just drove to the clinic, not wanting to be that person but needing antibiotics before travelling hours away for multiple days. I was pretty disappointed to see a sign on the door saying the closed at 12 that day, and especially more disappointed since I had spoken to the vet the day before and he didn't relay to me that they'd be closing early the next day. but to my surprise Dr.Varun came through! I was about to walk into an emergency clinic and go through all the tests and 4 hours of waiting just to get antibiotics and right before I got through the door Dr varun called me and asked me to meet him at shadow hills. A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE. I can't tell you how much I love and value the staff here and the Dr. Varun himself is such a wonderful man. I'm happy I bring my dog here. he loves the whole staff and loves coming to o visiy”

“Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!”

“Dr Imada is great even with scaredDogs. My dog is a nervous dog who is even afraid of her own shadow, but he always can calm her, and he's absolutely fantastic. He's done surgery on her and I got great results. He followed my instructions about her perfectly. I travel to see him from Santa Clarita to see him because that's who she picked. She would shake like a leaf and climb up on me when she would go to the vet, but with him she sits calmly and let's him check her out, and do what he needs to do. It's worth the drive to see him.”

“We had a really great experience here and are very thankful. We had recently adopted a (very friendly) stray who had been on our street for a few months. He got in a bad fight and had an infection. We rushed him to Sherman Oaks Vet Group and they were able to get him in right away. Dr. Goss did a lot of work on him including a neuter. They cleaned him up with a cute lion cut. He is feeling much better and on the road to recovery. Dr. Goss is so good with pets and the owners. We are so grateful and our kitty thanks you! He is full-time indoor now and so happy and safe.”

“I have been to many different vets in my life, but I can say truly that this is the best.Dr. Steve is so amazing. My Pepper had loved him when she was alive.Basil and Pickles adore him. He is so sweet to them. Pickles is an anxious girl and nervous at first with men. She only screeches with glee for me, grandpa, and her aunt. It was only the second time she met him when she immediately screeched louder than ever. He has a care that is truly wonderful. Basil gets excited for the vet with him and the wonderful staff.My cat, Juniper sees Dr. Kia. She is a spicy little brat. But for Dr. Kia Juniper immediately purrs and relaxes. I wish she would do that when I brush her!!!The staff especially the receptionists are so positive and kind and caring. They make your dogs and cats feel like celebrities!They also keep the lobby clean and there's free coffee!”

“This has been our regular vet since I got my pups and they always have been great. The staff is supper friendly the Dr’s really care about your pets with extent attentive care. My pups are going on to be 12 and 13 I believe one of the reasons they’ve gotten to this age is thanks to the care they always provided. I’ve come in with emergencies always thinking the worst and they always made sure to reassure me everything was going to fine. They have supper fair prices that won’t set you back like some other major name places. I would definitely recommend this place if love your furry friends!!”

“I was looking for a new vet and recently began visiting. From the very beginning I have been impressed with how it runs end to end. On my first call and follow-up where I booked an appointment everyone was pleasant, and I wasn't on hold for very long. I was able to get an appointment and they informed me of the parking situation (street/metered) and what they needed from me on the first visit. When I arrived (a few minutes early), their paperwork was easy to fill out and they added it to their system. I was in the private room right on my appointment time, a tech came in to review the basics, a few minutes later the doctor came in. I have a couple observations about my visit that really impressed me. First, I came in for one reason for my pet (UTI) but he noticed that she had some dandruff and zeroed in on that and gave me some recommendations for shampoo to help (allergy/skin stuff). I liked that he was looking at the whole picture and not just the reason for my visit. It was on my list but not the primary reason. That big picture view is what made a good impression on me. Second, the front and back of the office was in sync. When I went to the room, the front desk paged out the room # and waiting for the tech. When the tech left a page went out for the doctor. I saw this the whole time I was there, constant communication between the different areas and staff. I really appreciate a team that works well together, it drives efficiency and everyone being on the same page, they raise the bar. Thank you and keep it up. This also contributed to other people being able to get allergy shots or other services for their pets so they could be in/out. I'm sure the meter situation helps drive this, but I liked the attention to detail in general and after my visit I got two calls over the week as a checkup, lab results and ensuring my pet was doing well.
