Came here to have my iPhone 14 Pro back glass replaced. Before arriving, I had called ahead to confirm if they would be able to do the replacement. The owner said yes, so I went ahead and dropped off my phone. He said it would take roughly 2-3 hours, but he would try to work fast and get it done sooner, and that he would give me a call when the phone was ready.Three hours past and still no contact, so I went ahead and called him and he told me the phone had been ready. At this point, I was wondering why he had not called me to go and pick up the phone. When I arrived to pick up my phone, he told me that my cellular data was not working, which was odd. He claimed that it didn’t work when I dropped it off, but I had called from my phone to confirm the glass replacement before I dropped it off. It was the last call on my call log and and the call must have been saved on his call log as well. The phone was asking for a carrier update and he said the issue could be resolved by doing the update. He hesitantly offered to do the update, but gave a whole story and claimed it would take 40-60 minutes for them to hook it up to their PC and it be best to do it myself. He questionably mentioned that I can always just go to Apple and get a replacement from the warranty, which was a strange thing to randomly say. He was basically rushing me out the door.I went home to try to do the update, but ran with no luck. I went to my cellular provider to see if they could lend a hand with the issue, but they stated this was a software issue and I would need to contact Apple. I went ahead and spoke to Apple and they were unable to pinpoint the issue, so they insisted I go see a tech at an Apple store. I made the appointment for the following day, and the tech at Apple ran the diagnostics and said he had never seen an iPhone with an issue like the one my phone had. He said they were unable to fix it there, so they would need to send it to their main repair store and see what the issue was. Before we agreed to send it, the tech noticed that back glass was replaced and asked if I had recently replaced it. I said yes, and he stated that whoever did the job must have damaged the internal components. Part of the internal wiring seemed to be sliced/fried, more than likely from the laser machine he used to replace the back glass. The tech stated that was the issue with the phone, the damage from the back glass replacement caused a fault in the internal components. Since the back glass was recently replaced and not an original part, the warranty on the phone would not cover the damages and I would need to pay out of pocket for the repair or simply buy a new phone.Now I have to wait a few more days trying to see what exactly the costs are going to be in order to receive my phone back, or if I’m going to have buy a new one. The owner was clearly misleading and it’s evident by his actions that he knew he damaged my phone, but refused to be upfront and honest with me. He was not honest, nor did he reach out to ask if I was able to fix my phone. If you need a back glass replacement and want to run the risk of having your phone damaged or tampered with, come here to this shady repair store. Otherwise, STAY AWAY. Just go to an actual certified iPhone repair shop. Save yourself the headache and money.UPDATE:As expected, Apple refused to service my phone due to the back glass being replaced by an unauthorized iPhone repair store. They stated the repair shop clearly damaged the phone. It’s been three weeks since this occurred, and I went ahead and disputed the transaction with my credit card company, but Edgar, the owner, continues to dispute and making false claims. Clearly he is money hungry and looking to scam people. Legal actions have been taken with this matter. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID this con artist.

Called in before I came to check for prices for iphone 13 screen and turn around time; price was fair with 90 day warranty and Ramon changed it in less than 30 mins! Mah man. Thank you! ??

I came in for the first time I payed around 120 for screen change they fixed it within 10 minutes because they had someone else's phone.The screen lifted so easy I don't think he took his time on it and when i tryed putting the screen back it's litteraly broke.

Stopped by here to get my phone backed up that was completely shattered (I didn't have iCloud on) and the gentleman who helped me on 4/15 helped me right away at a good rate compared to a lot of places that quoted a ridiculous amount. I'm happy I found a reliable phone repair place that I can trust.

Edgar is super helpful, I have gone to him multiple times in the past and he's never failed to fix my products whenever he can! I have had a few phone screens fixed no problem, as well as 2 different laptops and all have been successfully fixed! he is super cool and a genuinely helpful person definitely recommend bringing your electronics here!

I had a very good experience at this iPhone repair. I brought in my phone for a repair and he helped me in 10 minutes and made sure I was satisfied. He made sure to let me know exactly what was wrong and fixed it in under 15 minutes ! And very good prices for a new phone screen. Very rude owner who had my iPad for 6 days to change the battery and end up never changing it and told me that he changed it but it was the same issue so he put the old battery back told me my pad is dead its hardware issue and it will not be fixed. Thank god I went for second opinion. I took to another place In NOHO (who knew what he was actually doing, very professional and nice person )he told me the iPad was never even opened before and all it had a lose battery screw that needed to be tighten. They fixed my iPad in 1 hour for 50 dollars. (defiantly will be going to them anytime I have any issues)But this was not the end. They never answer to their texts which they told me to text them to find out the status. They open their doors when they please, they told me to come and pick up at 12 and I went and the doors were closed the whole day so I went the next day at 12 and again the doors were closed so I called them and the owner extremely rude instead of apologizing that 2 days in a raw I am going there to get the iPad (driving from far place, taking time from work)and instead of apologizing he was like " there was an accident, you need to get that to your brain" very rude and I said your web site says you open 11 am every day and its 12 pm you still not here and now you telling me you coming at 1pm and he yelled saying "Don't tell me how to run my business" twice and hang up on me. All I wanted is to take my iPad that they had for 6 days and they never even tried to fix it and lied. You need to know how to run a business first of all. The worse humiliating experience I have ever had and the worst part is my kid was next to me listening his insults and we both felt pretty awful.
