Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever been to because of Dani. He was so rude when we were asking him questions, he laughed at us when we asked him about being racist because he knew he was guilty. He took his time with everyone else except for when it came to us, he also laughed in our face saying we were insinuating a situation when we weren’t, he didn’t wanna take the time to do HIS JOB and explain how things go. So if you wanna have a good experience definitely avoid coming here until he’s fired. I see other reviews talking about the same guy so I think something should be done because I’m not the only one.

This is THE worst post office thanks to Dani. Always rude and never helpful just trying to get you out of the way. Do not go here especially if you have to deal with Dani. He is extremely unprofessional and careless and always treats customers like a burden.

The fat guy with four eyes and a beard really needs to get fired ASAP. The guy is super ignorant about his job, lazy, and has a disgustingly bad attitude. Maybe he should try being pleasant to people for a change. He'd be a happier person.

This is my second time stopping by. The first one was not good at all. Probably it is because it's almost 5pm and they're closing soon. The male postal worker must be tired and he is not happy to answer inquiries. The second time, I came Friday afternoon. There was a line but it went fast. This lady named Sandra helped me to make the transaction easy. She explained to me in detail the differences regarding the amount of each mailing options. With that, it helped me a lot to decide. I agree with a fellow Yelper - Sandra has been a great. Recommended.

Sandra helped me out today, she was very sweet and informative. She helped me pick out the best option for mailing my item and didn't try to get me to buy anything more expensive. I really appreciate her great customer service☺

During the holidays when tons of people are trying to make sure that gifts are being sent to loved ones, on time, and far away, it is critical to have customer service. At the end of the day, the USPS and everyone who works there is in service to its customers. Dani, who helped me today, was not friendly, not accommodating (for those of you that don't know the definition of accommodating it is to do someone a service), and was not warm, inviting, or supportive. I needed a piece of tape to close up my bag, and he pointed towards the tape, motioning for me to buy a $4 tape dispenser, when all I needed was a strip of tape. I have been to numerous postal establishments, from UPS, to FedEx, to Mom and Pop postal services, and they all would be more than willing to help me out, add the strip of tape, SMILE, and send me on my way. I hope Dani receives a course in customer service and gets a hug this Holiday Season.

I opened a PO Box here and they lost over 5 pieces of mail for me within a month. They acted like it was my fault for not having the mail have tracking numbers, even though I had informed delivery telling me it had arrived. Front desk worker is a grump. Go somewhere else if you want help.

I always buy things online and if I'm not happy with it , I always return it , I have been doing this for few years now , I print my labels and I send it back in bags I get for the company I buy , the previous people had no problem in taking it , today I went in, and there was a Latin guy his name it's Dani , he didn't take my package, but the worse thing is that he wasn't nice at all , I felt this guy races and I'm a Latin as well , it's so funny . This person it's so rude and mean . I don't recommend people to go to this location anymore . His words weren't appropriate in my personal opinion, is just an employee , it's there to do his job , I asked for the previous person , he said to me there's no body else working here other than me . He raised his voice . I'm not happy I'm hurt , how can people be like this to others , we are here to serve in every job we serve , why people it's not happy I'm not sure, "love, peace and respect" !!!

For a small office location, I was extremely amazed at how fast the service is. At the larger post office locations, it's a nightmare to do business during lunch hours or near the end of the day.But, not at this location. Fast in, fast out. I've never been inside for any time longer than 15-20 minutes. I've never experienced any of the negative things described by other people in this section.I live nearby, and as long as the service here continues to be of good quality, this will remain my go-to post office location.
