“The customer service here is awesome. I am a coach for a High School Tennis Team. There was a ball machine in our shed that had not been used in years. The oscillator was malfunctioning. I found out where it was from, took it here for maintenance. The problem was minor and they charged me practically nothing to get it going again. About 3 months later it stopped working. I took it back and they replaced the motor at no charge because the maintenance was under warranty. The customer service this company has is phenomenal and just unheard of in these times. If you buy a machine from them, they will take care of you”

Steve, the owner, worked with me to resolve an issue I had with a pair of skis I purchased that had some manufacturing idiosyncrasies. Not only did he honor an exchange, he took the time out to understand what I needed and give me his personal time, despite the fact that he was not making (if not losing) money on this transaction. It's been a while since I've seen someone honor the customer like this -- and it's why I'll keep coming back. “It's pleasant outdoors with separate Riffle , shotgun , pistol range in beautiful mountains. Staff and rangers are experienced , knowledgeable and approachable. Strict rules and monitoring ensures everyone can safely enjoy a good time here at the range . Best deal to become a member for half the price during the thanksgiving promotions. I live far from this location but rather go no where else for shooting . Keep in mind they are closed on Mondays .”

I visited the shop during their Memorial Day weekend sale and was met with outstanding service. The staff was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process, making it an enjoyable experience despite my being relatively new to golf. They assisted me in finding great deals on a full set of irons, wedges, hybrids, and a driver, and I also picked up a new golf bag.
The staff’s expertise and patience were evident as they helped me test several clubs. After three hours of trying out different options, I left the store with a set that perfectly suited my needs.

“I’m a photojournalist and I called in looking for a pair of waders for storm coverage. The crew at the shop took the time and talked me through some of the options for my specific needs on the phone. At the store the whole team really helped to make sure all equipment fit and I was prepared for using the waders properly. They even found me a great deal on some sale items which was incredibly helpful. This shop has the kind of genuine friendliness, knowledge and fun that seems to be lost in the current shopping market. “I stopped by this Boarders store inside Northridge mall while my wife was shopping. I knew they would have skateboard here so I wanted to check out what they had. The store is a decent size on the second floor near the men's Macy. They were not busy on a Friday night and they have a decent amount of skateboard and skateboard accessories here. The prices of the board were reasonable and I also looked at some of their shirts. Nothing grab my attention so I didn't purchase anything. I also looked at their sunglasses selection at the front of the store but I prefer Oakley brand.”

“Shout out to Big 5 on Victory Bl in Winnetka, CA. I bought a pair of shoes while traveling in Tooele, UT. When I got home, I needed to exchange them - one of the lacing hooks had broken. On 01/08/2024, I went into my local store, and they did the exchange with absolutely NO HASSLE. They went and got me a new pair, processed the exchange, and I was out of there within five minutes. Kudos to Big 5 Sporting Goods, Charles”
