Don't trust this guy!! When he is under pressure and has long lines he will get you in and out just so he can see more people. He will make mistakes on your taxes and will not own up to his mistakes. They are rude and they don't care about your taxes only your money. They don't call you back and hold you responsible for the taxes they prepared.

Over all the company is great, I been coming to Karlos for a few years now. I called him to see if he would be available to do my taxes. He stated he would be in. Come to find out when I showed up the next day he was not even in the office. I ended up leaving in hope he would text or call me back to set up another meeting. It's been a month and still have not heard back from him. I've called and texted him and still no reply. Karlos is very good and what he does, but to not reply to just let me know that he is not available or something came up is very rude and disrespectful.

I started an small business and covid happened i couldn't pay taxes for 2 years, I went to this place to do right by uncle Sam. I have every receipt to prove expenses and I was barely breaking even but I kept my business opened because all beginnings are hard, so the guy in charge asked me why I still have my business running if I'm not making enough money? Then he told me that it was better to apply for a job in any burger place than having my business operating. NOPE!I'm now in full force making good ? and thanks to the help of a tax professional uncle Sam is happy with me. DON'T ALLOW THIS PLACE TO SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR DREAMS

This place is always closed, veronica has a very bad attitude, she doesn't answer phone calls or messages...almost two years passed and she was never available to do her job...waste of time with these people! Not recommendable!

This is my third time coming with my fiancé and every time Karlos has helped us. He always does a wonderful job preparing our documents and we have never had an issue thus far. It can be a long wait because so many people want to be seen, so come prepared to wait. I came with my son and everyone was so nice and didn't complete about him. Great customer service!
