Didn't have any issues with the baseball jerseys I took. As a matter of fact, they took out many of the stains that we couldn't get out ourselves. They came out amazing.

I have been going to Ryan Cleaners for years, even before the change in management. What stuck around was the quality of service they have to their customers. I came in recently with a jacket that was made of sheepskin. I forgot to ask their names, but a gentleman promptly assisted me with finding the service option that fit my jacket's needs; it definitely needed a good clean, as it is a used item from a seller that didn't offer a clue as to how the conditions it was kept in were. It was scheduled for a leather jacket clean about two weeks from that day; I agreed and paid in full.A few days later I received a call from the cleaner. He explained the situation; he looked into the jacket and explained that it needed a deeper and more thorough clean, which will come with an extended wait time and increased price. I agreed and waited for the day. I appreciated his honesty and phone call.The day came to pick it up, and the jacket looked better than ever. The same gentleman that helped me in the beginning was helping me now. He explained what was done to the jacket, the process of how they did it, and even provided me with a bit of history about the jacket, which I didn't even know about! As I mentioned before I have been going to this dry cleaner location for the longest time, but this moment really had me impressed. As you can already tell, I will be a regular customer here for all my dry cleaning needs.

I support small family owned operations as much as possible, especially during these troubling times. Having said that, this establishment does not deserve any more of it. My first encounter was about two weeks ago. Promised a certain day for pick-up for getting my pants altered and they weren't ready. No apologies, just the explanation of "corona!" Over and over. Anyways I was charged $13 for that alteration. The reason I remember that is they have a $15 minimum on credit cards. I don't carry cash as much bc of the times. Fast forward two weeks later, I asked my wife to drop off two more pairs of pants. Same style/color and length. Nothing changed except for how much they are charging now. Price increased by $2. I know not much, but when I inquired. The attendant said in all honesty it's always been that price. The way they treat their customers ,been loyal for over 4 years, they will not get anymore of my business. They could have gotten it right by just apologizing. I don't mind paying for a service, but when you get dis-respected by a snot nose kid, it leaves a bad taste. Now I sound like the old grumpy man.

They did a horrible job on my clothes. I bought in a new fresh pair a black pants that I only wore a few times. My new blank went to FADED black & I had to wait 6 days to get my stuff. If I wanted my pants faded, I would of washed them myself. Very unprofessional work . 3 pairs of pants & two shirts doesnt take 6 days. I dropped off Thursday & she told me to come back Wednesday???? Wow. On top of that one of the shirts was my girlfriends and they broke the chain on the back of the shirt and didn’t even say anything.

Still coming here for dry cleaning years later always excellent job owner knows me by name already. Danny Trejo comes to this dry cleaner most other cleaners in the area have closed down or moved

I've been coming here as long as I can remember. They are always friendly and, more importantly, always reliable. If I have a special problem, like a bad food stain (which occurs with me all the time) or a missing button, they strive to fix. They have never been late. I recommend these cleaners.
