Terrible experience with this deceptive and incompetent dealer. I placed an order for a 2023 Ford Maverick on the first morning that the order banks opened, 9/15/22. I spoke and texted with the sales rep Kobe, sent and confirmed my build sheet, and paid a $500 deposit. All good, order going in, he says.No word for 9 full months. Not too surprising since these are known to take a while. I reach back out in May 2023. No update, he says.Two more months pass with no update and I reach out again to Kobe to get my order number so I can reach out to Ford directly and find out my status. No response. Three more months pass (now Oct 2023) and I finally get an email from Ford directly, stating my Maverick is scheduled to be built. But, it is the wrong color.I reach out to Kobe and he confirms they ordered the wrong color. These are custom ordered so I can take the one I ordered or I can take another one on the lot. They will not refund the extra $500 that the wrong color cost.We decide to keep it as the wrong color looks fine and we have waited this long. We go to pick up the truck and the price is more than I expected. But I'm here now, and I don't want to lose the truck I've waited 14 months for, so I pay and take it.I get home and look back in my records, sure enough, I was charged the 2024 Maverick price, $2500 more than the 2023 Maverick that I ordered back in Sept 2022. Ford offered all these "rollover" orders price protection to refund the increase in price. So I call Ford to request that, but they don't see any record of an order going in back in Sept 2022.I call back to Kobe and he admits that they never ordered my truck back in Sept 2022. They missed the order window and put in the order in 2023 (for a 2024 Maverick, costing $2500 more). So now I've got the wrong color truck of the wrong year for a price $2500 more than what I had originally ordered. And they say nothing they can do.I'll also add that they didn't take into account the $500 deposit I had already paid and tried to charge me an additional $500 at point of sale, along with the $500 extra for the color I didn't order. If I hadn't noticed and pointed it out they would have ripped me off on that too.Don't use and don't trust this deceptive and incompetent dealer.

I recently purchased a vehicle from GALPIN Ford and my sale rep Miguel Gomez was such great help with the process of finding the right vehicle that fit all my needs. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Miguel as your sales rep! Overall a great experience!!

This one-star review is for the service I received from Valeriee in the service department. She was unprofessional, confrontational, and had zero public relation skills endangering Galpins' reputation. Mr. Katz was there to take over after Valeriee dismissed me rudely and shockingly in an aggressive manner. If she had apologized herself, I wouldn't have posted this review. Do you know the feeling when you walk into an environment and you just know the aura/energy is bad and you just don't feel right ? this is how I felt when I pulled up into Galpin's service department, and Valeriee validated my feelings. Sixth sense, I guess.

My Ford Fusion was at its lease end and both Cheryl & Jeff supported me in a smooth and easy transition into a new Bronco Sport within a few hours!They were professional and friendly and helped with each step. My options were explained and presented in a clear way, and the details were handled effortlessly. Jeff showed me how the Bronco worked and spent time going over all the new aspects of the car. They also supported me in getting a DMV appointment to update some things.This is my first lease at GALPIN FORD and I couldn't be happier!

The worst experience we've ever had. We bought a used car at Galpin with only 52K miles on it. 3 weeks later the engine light came on. It was under warranty and we were told our saleperson would "fast track" any service. Well it's been over a week they've had the car and we've been left without any vehicle. No one has looked at it or bother to diagnose the problem let alone made an attempt to repair. No one calls, no one answers, no one returns call.

Horrible service, I bought a brand new F-250 and less than a month later the battery light comes on and I take the truck in and they keep it for over 10 days with no updates and no call backs. I ended up taking to my regular mechanic and he was able to fix it in less than an hour.Service: Electrical repair

MY CAR HASN'T RAN SO SMOOTH IN YEARS! I drive a 12 year old car, so it's been having problems. First, I want to say that I've taken it to many mechanics before going to Galpin Ford Service Center, and they'll do work on it, then when I get it back, it still has problems. Someone referred me to Galpin Ford Service Center, and I'm glad I went there!Michelle Villegas & John Kerley were very helpful and made me feel rested assured that they would fix my car. They asked me detailed questions about what problems I've been experiencing with my car (something no other mechanic did). They also helped me get a loaner car for a day while their mechanic worked his magic. When I came back to pick up my car the next day, they made sure it was nice and clean for me. When I drove it home, I was shocked to see how SMOOTH it was driving. My car almost feels like new again.Thank you Michelle & John for all your help. I recommend Galpin Ford Service Center to anyone who needs a trustworthy company to work on their car and doesn't want to get ripped off.

Do not buy a car here . These people are fraud. All employees are lazy and don’t care to service your car as needed . I had an oil change and they didn’t bother to update the programming on the car . All lazy in there . My AC went you and they said they’re booked and can’t service me. I bought a 50k car and they refuse to fix my AC. Instead they transfer me to a managers voice mail. They have all these employees not doing anything in a big lot and they say they’re booked. Trash. Don’t buy a car here . Overstaffed since they don’t do anything.

I have been taking my car to Galpin for service since I purchased it in 2018 and have always received excellent service. The service writers and staff are consistently professional and courteous. The last few times the car was in for service I was taken care of by John Kerley and Michelle Villegas who went above and beyond to ensure the work was done to a high level and completed on time. I highly recommend the Galpin service department.
