Everyone from the owner Eddie to Mario has always provided us with total quality service for our VW Turbo Beetle, Honda Ridgeline Sport 4x4, Firebird, Toyota trucks and Camrys, Acura etc. This afternoon a service indicator light activated on my 2013 Honda Ridgeline and I stopped by to see if they had time to do a diagnostic and quickly was told by Mario it was not serious, merely time to replace the oil, filters and check all the fluids! Mario has worked there for many years and has always given me honest estimates and timely service! I know they are always busy and prefer an appointment but have always accommodated me for an emergency. They have earned our trust and reputation for quality service and repairs!”

“Had the best experience with them today! I called in to ask if they could help me look at my tires and then also put some air in them. They told me to come in and that they would help me out. When I got there they were very professional and kind. The mechanic found a big nail in my tire and was able to fix the tire in about 5-10 mins max! Really great service, amazing prices and very kind people. Would absolutely go again.”
“Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”

They seemed to be honest and straightforward. They told me my car was overall in very good shape, which is an indicator that they were not trying to sell me services I didn't need. I needed a new starter, which is what I came in for, and they also noted that I needed a new oil pan, which is actually something a previous mechanic had pointed out. They took pictures of all the issues to document their findings. And they did the most incredible thing after servicing the car: they called a week later to see how the car was doing! Now THAT is how to run a business.”

“This place has fair prices. Forget those 4 hrs you wait at the dealer or that $150 jiffy lube charges.
Dave's Quick Lube will have you wait 10- 15 minutes. The lady on site charges and resets your dash while 2 employees handle your vehicle. They set your tire pressure to standard if necessary. They add windshield wiper fluid, and in no time your done and out the way.
Check the schedule and give them a try.”
“This place is phenomenal. I have come here for oil changes, transmission and now brakes. My last visit, I had a rear brake warning on my BMW SUV. When I pulled up, they asked if it was front or back. I said, “I don’t know.” He took one look at the front and said “Those are new.” Then looked at the back and said, “it’s the rear.” Fixed the same day. Trustworthy. I have also gotten referrals to other mechanics for repairs they could not complete.”
“I’m a bit late to review but the fact that I came back to make sure I said something should also stand as proof. Armen at Dr Smog is exactly what it means to have a good mechanic. He’s honest about pricing, keeps you informed during the repair process, is personable and very thorough.
I have an older truck that was giving lean codes. After his inspection and resulting repair, it ended up being half the cost of what it originally was from what he found. Awesomeness.
I came back for another repair when I lost reverse and park in my shifter. My tow company was late, but he asked me my arrival time and assured me that he’d stay open long enough to take in my truck. When the day came to pick it up, George was very detailed in what was fixed.

“I cant say enough about my experience! I needed to change my brakes and while they were doing them, they advised me that I needed new rotors too. But, they couldn't order the part until Monday because it was Saturday afternoon. They advised me that a parts store had the part I needed. They even let me use a car of theirs to pick up the part and bring it to them to install.Everything was done clean and well! Recommended!”
