“The team are very proficient with the job. They packed clothes from my rack and put them back on the rack for me after we arrived. They were very quick with their job and the price is every reasonable. I didn't think I would be able to finish everything within 3 hours but they manage to finish the moving process within the time frame (this is also included the 30mins driving from my old place to my new place during busy hour). 100% would recommend to anyone who needs to move. I know I would contact them again if I ever move again ?.”

Ted, Robert and the whole inside moves team were INCREDIBLE. They made our move feel like a breeeze. From the very get go ted ( the owner) was involved in organizing and project managing our move. Leading up to the move he explained exactly what to expect, the timeline, and how we should prepare. Several days before the move Ted called to check in with us and reconfirm. The day of the move the crew showed up perfectly on time and were extremely communicative. They took great care to make sure things were packed and labeled and organized. The day of the move went smooth and they even helped us configure our new home. Overall I could not be more pleased and will recommend them to any and everyone I know.”
“Well i was very suprised on how i was given my change from a rental of a storage unit. The lady with the accent was very rude due to her throwing the change up on the counter with me this is my second unit at Stor Quest . The other 2 ladies that work there and are named valerie and Evelyn they are very friendly and helpful and always smiling while talking to you. I believe the manager should of been fired a longtime ago i have had several negative encounters with her”

“Melrose was fantastic with two separate moves (one local and one long-distance). Every single item was wrapped in heavy blankets and wrapped again with plastic wrap. Corners were heavily wrapped for extra protection. Workers were all very polite, friendly, and professional. The out of State delivery was scheduled 3 days in advance, and they showed up exactly on-time. I really can't say enough about Melrose. Highly recommended.”

“My wife and I needed to have everything in our kitchen boxed up and moved into a storage container, because the kitchen is going to be demolished for a remodel. We are in our 70's and could not do it ourselves. I looked for a local service that could box up our stuff and put it into the pod and I found Muraway Moving. After talking with Jesse on the phone, I booked a packing service with them.Dominic and Mauricio are the two strongmen who arrived at our home and they were courteous and got started right away moving the heavy appliances. Then the numerous boxes of dishes and pots and pans and the pantry, etc were quickly packed and moved out to the pod. They also moved a few pieces of furniture. And finally they wrestled a large and heavy fridge out to our patio so that we could use it during the months of remodeling that will be happening.We are so relieved to have had them do this for us, and they did it with great professionalism and efficiency.”
“Great professional company, great straightforward communication, no beating around the bush or stipulations and what ifs, it was simple and direct, no hidden fees or hidden costs with refrigerators or other heavy items. The actual move was EASY, as simple and easy as it can be on a person. They did everything, packing and wrapping the big stuff, loaded boxes, nothing and I say NOTHING was damaged, they took care of my stuff as they said they would. In an abundance of caution, they showed me stuff that had some wear and tear and they wanted to be clear about existing damage, again very thorough and up front. “This company goes above and beyond! I was very comfortable with the three movers; they are professional, efficient, and friendly. I had a situation where I moved to does not allow moving trucks after 5 pm; I did not know this. So Tim contacted his manager, and they let my stuff stay in the back of the truck and returned with it the following day. The alternative was to return to the old house and unpack the truck. Tim sacrificed his day off to do this for us, even though his parents were flying in. Siba, the office manager was always available to answer any questions. I am so grateful to this company. Don't hesitate; they are the best. I know this is the 4th time I have moved in 6 years, and the last.”
