All the guy did was take the cap off the spot and want to charge me $200 just to do that and then he wanted to put it back on. I believe it was the Owner son and then he smirked before telling me he was gonna charge me $200 for it Did not even give me a proper diagnostic. Do not go here they’ll rip you off horrible customer service.

Worst customer service. They stole $5 from me. I paid cash for the gas put it in the tank and after my car computer system didn't show any change in the mileage. Clearly something didn't work and I'm not wasting the $5 for 1 gallon of gas. Prices high AF anyway. Was just trying to get by to a cheaper gas station. I went inside to ask if they could add $5 again. He refused to make an exception for a customer service issue. And wanted to pay $5 again. It's simply $5. I didn't receive any gas for the money I put in so why would I pay $5 again and potentially lose more money? Easily could have just put the $5 on the pump and let me be. Worst customer service.And the owner want to see what's up I already called you and tried to sort out this situation. Now you can keep this poor review in your yelp stats. Should of just handled it in the first place.

Avoid this place!! I put $50 in gas and the cashier still wanted to charge me to use the air pressure. This the first and last time I come here since older man doesn't know how to respect the customers

Came here to have a simple plug put in my tire. The mechanic put the plug, but he was professional and took care. He checked all my tires and was genuinely careful and detailed!

I needed to have a plug put in a tire on my Jeep. It was a simple task, but the mechanic was professional as could be and treated the task like it was important as any other job that day! He checked all my other tires and even welcomed me back for anything else! Definitely a person that seems great to do business with!

Absolutely 100% illegal to charge for or only permit the allowed use of water and air in the state of California. You can't charge for air or gas and I'm reporting this to the better business bureau.. you get zero stars and hoped a fine by the state.

BEWARE. I should have listened to the other horrible reviews. This place operates on fraudulent business practices. They made us sign a blank work order and they filled in anything they wanted. They will hold your car hostage from you. Ara is a manipulator and the classic cheating mechanic. It’s just as previous reviews have stated: Ara makes his money taking advantage of people, especially women. When we picked our car up he seemed to be hammered drunk and was slurring his speech and extremely belligerent. Beware and please avoid this business! They will do ANYTHING they can to get every last penny out of you (with no morals, that’s pretty easy for them). Don’t make my mistake, take your car anywhere else!!!

The gas tenant was so rude to my husband, he asked him to turn the air on and he said $1.50 when my husband had pain for gas at the pump. Which if I'm correct should be free! Never coming here again, so rude. This was the first gas station it continued to the next which I will leave a bad review as well ( chevron across the street) Thankfully my husband made it to work safely. It was early in the morning 6am which all tire shops are closed so thinking a gas station will help to turn there air on for a customer is simply Baphling to me on why he asked for $1.50 to turn it on!
