“People's Care Medical Supply, specializing in mobility supplies & equipment, is in a small space jam packed with medical supplies that you really will need, when you least likely think you need it, because health or disabilities unexpectedly rear its ugly head. The tip of my cane had worn to a nub after long use. The steel part of the cane was still good so I called various medical supply stores to no avail. One person sounded annoyed that I would bother her for such a low cost item. People's Care Medical Supply came to the rescue. Nice lady in front and accommodating man in the back room. He installed the new rubber cane tip really fast and for only $6. I will return again when I need some other supplies. I'd rather buy locally and help mom-pop stores stay in business than to buy online or at a major out of state chain where our money goes out of state. Phone first to ask if they have it. Parking is very limited, and spaces are tight. Driveway entrance is inconveniently placed, but it is worth the visit. 4 stars.”

We found exactly what we needed to help with my mother and father’s back pain. I myself have problems with my elbow and found a great brace to help with the pain. “Stop going to your local CVS or Walgreens for your prescriptions, they are rude & the wait is horrendous just to have them filled, just ridiculous. Go to Annex Pharmacy, such a great & convenient place to fill your prescriptions. I can call and in 5 minutes they have my prescription ready no need to wait in line. They know you by name and such great service always. Love this place, give them a try you will no regret it. Prices are great”
“We purchased the EZ Lite Cruiser Deluxe Slim for my mother after she started having mobility issues with both legs. Kyle was very helpful and able to quickly make available a chair since she lives locally to the Chatsworth, CA office.The chair is easy enough for her husband to move in and out of the SUV. This avoids having to install an external mount for the chair. The size makes it easier for her to navigate in smaller spaces, like restaurants.It’s a great option at a great price.”

The shipping process was a little slower then anticipated, but the staff were extremely friendly, always responsive, and the product appears to be as advertised. We've only had it for a week, but everything looks great (brand new looking) and seems to work as it should. This was a cost effective option that I would highly recommend.”

“First time shopper and I must say the owner was amazing! It was my first time buying scrubs, and she couldn’t have been more helpful! I knew I wanted a more fitted look, and in no time she had several options for me to choose from. The men’s selection is relatively limited with only a few colors to choose from, but she did her best, and even brought out larger sizes that ran small. For women, there are tons of options.she even offered to order scrubs in my size so don’t be discouraged. Prices are reasonable and mine were slightly below MSRP, All in all I left happy with my purchase.”

“Hayk and the staff there were wonderful. My RoHo Hybrid Elite Cushion was leaking out air on Friday afternoo. Hayk went above and beyond to make sure I had patches before the weekend. I've been a paraplegic for 28 years and am always preoccupied with pressure sores, ulcers. Our house manager at the group home I live headed to Hayk and company Friday afternoon and upon arrival, she provided him with the much needed patches at no cost...yes, FREE!! What a heart. All my future medical supply needs will be met by her and Sherman Oaks Medical, no hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!”

“Very difficult to get hold of people on the phone. You are normally put on hold until either your phone battery runs down or they hang up. The billing has charged me repeatedly for things covered 100% on my insurance. I would call them to complain and they would supposedly take care of the oversight. Then next month it would happen again. I have to wonder how many elderly folks that aren't able to watch it closely might be paying twice for their stuff.The only reason I tolerate this place is that for some reason it is in my "network" so I have to go through them. If insurance ever wises up and switches, I'll be happy to try someone else.Since then they hired a wonderful lady named Mardi, I hope the spelling is correct. She is not only on top of all orders but is genuinely nice to speak with. My orders now arrive on time and no longer get “double dipped” or charged to me instead on my insurance.”
