I've always enjoyed shopping at this location Marshall's until tonight. I've been a loyal customer for the past five years without any issues, which is why I'm shocked by how I was treated by the manager this evening. I came in to return a defective product I had just purchased, and the manager, Nadine, was incredibly rude. She wouldn't let me explain and accused me of trying to return a used product. She even raised her voice, saying, "How am I supposed to sell this?" It was clear she wasn't listening because the product was defective—why would I want to return a used item? Both myself and my boyfriend felt embarrassed and harassed by Nadine, the store manager. I left the store and am currently sitting in my car, feeling upset by how she made me feel.

There is not a large amount of merchandise but what they have is of good taste and good quality, the attention of the employees is very good, friendly and attentive.
