I’ve been with Liberty Mutual since 2007 and this young man was able to switch us over to State Farm Insurance. He was able to provide additional coverage that he recommended for home and auto at no extra cost and even went out of his way to contact our previous insurance company to cancel our existing policies. Apparently I was knocked unconscious in the accident and the two people I called were my wife and my StateFarm agent Tony Kim.Tony took the time to drive to the accident scene and direct the sheriff and tow company where to tow my vehicle.Before I was released from the hospital Tony had taken care of everything needed to start the claims process. The sheriffs actually told me about all that he’d did while on scene. “In early 2019 I was already eight years into an early retirement from my 42 year career in TV and motion pictures. My wife was set to retire from the same industry the following year.
