Wish there was a breakfast bar but they did serve coffee and juice 24/7. Also was right in the area we need to be, to go to the event we attended. Plus was close to other food and drink options in walking distance! Overall really great ?”

Enjoyed the after party for the Joker premiere here on the outside patio. The food was great, well seasoned and ample. The service was excellent. Beautiful views from the outside patio over Los Angeles all the way to Santa Monica.”

“Absolutely beautiful property, I loved the room it was spacious (love love love that), loved the decor. And, the bed was really comfortable. To this hotels management team I'd say that they should look into putting a full length mirror in every room...it's always nice to look yourself over before going out. Also, 2 towels in the bathroom just doesn't cut it for me.”
“What a clean and hip boutique motel. The breakfast pastries were great. The room was perfect for me and my wife. So many restaurants within walking distance. We stayed here a couple of nights to visit Universal Studios and was very pleased with the proximity. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Would stay here again.”

“All are great. Perfect package to have a free Airport shuttle to and from the airport and a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. The entire stay was peaceful and amazingly incredible family vacation. Every time we use the pool it’s like a private time just for us family, it was great!! Closer to a lot of eating places. I’d say the Olive’s Bistro Restaurant seems wonderful, however pricing is a bit high. We saved on by getting Uber delivery from multiple breakfast places nearby like IHop and Basecamp. Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are nearby too..can’t go wrong with Nacho fries and pizza -Night snack ?”

“Been here many times over about 5 years. The bar at the pool often has different hours than advertised/ posted and they still don't have room service or food service at the pool according to the staff I spoke to. Sucks because nearly everyone at the pool would order food if they could. This poor valet had to enter my card information by hand because the device they use is broken and management apparently hasn't replaced it. Seemed strange and unfair to them. Also one of the soap dispensers in the bathroom has been broken for many weeks. Sometimes the wood keys don't work, have had to get them replaced minutes after being issued, and the door to the pool deck seems broken from time to time. Hard to get in, or out. With a few small tweaks, i'm sure there r others needed too, would be in 5 star territory. I also think they should hire more valets as there is typically a line/ wait to drop off and to pick up cars even during the day.”

“I really enjoyed the hotel. However, I do want to state, I have never stayed at a hotel where they stop breakfast early. I'm not talking about starting to tidy up and put some things up. The Hispanic women who does it, closes it completely by 830am. This hotel is so great but one hostile employee is ruining it for everyone. A man walked up to her with decaf coffee he didn't mean to get and didn't want to throw in the trash in case it leaked. He said, Ma'am, would you dispose of this cup I got decaf instead of regular on accident. Her response was, "you NEED to read the signs!" as she pointed aggressively with her finger.”

“The hotel looks nice in photos but felt a bit underwhelming in person. Our room was clean but outdated, with older furniture and a small TV. The elevator was very slow, and one night it even stopped working. On the plus side, the staff were courteous, and the location couldn’t be better — walking distance to shops, cafes, and the beach. It’s okay for a short stay, but I don’t think I’d choose it again for a longer trip.”
