Went in to take my vehicle to the Galpin VW Service Dept. They are attentive to my needs as soon as I drove up. Introduced themselves and began the process of checking me in. They were real and upfront about the timeline which I appreciated even though I did not like the backlog. But that's not his fault. They helped me get a rental in the meantime at a discounted rate. Hopefully it won't take you long to get my vehicle back. ?? They even drove me to the car rental place.But all in all, super satisfied with the service I have received this far. Let's wait for the bill. ?

I just had my Lincoln Navigator serviced at Galpin Motors. From scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve never had better customer service at any other dealership.

I think my review was not posted. I gave it one star because there is not a 1/2 of a star. I got scammed, screwed up big time. I have the texts and emails to verify my claim. Everyone, please be super extra very careful in dealing with Galping Ford in San Fernando. They sold me this truck at a full price when the truck had already been in an accident.

I highly recommend asking Roberto Lovrincevich to assist you in the purchase of a used vehicle. He is "The Best"! Very professional, takes the time to listen to the client, is on top of it all, and also makes the whole process as smooth as possible.
