Great customer service from Tom (Bakery) Food4Less, 16208 Parthenia St North Hills CA 91343. Before I go to this store I call and choose the bakery. I usually talk to Tom and ask him if there's available pork ribs. If there are, I ask him to set aside one order, otherwise by the time I am in the store there's none available. Today, I will be at the store so I can pick up the bbq pork ribs. Thank you Tom for great customer service.

I was homeless with my dog and slept in front of the ATM, or right out front by the front doors of food 4 less and now I am friends with the majority of the people who work there.

I been coming to this store for years but lately the homeless seems to be taking over, and forget about filling up your water gallons since the homeless people live right next to the water dispenser and they now have multiple sale people inside of the store trying to sell you on internet providers. Is annoying when your trying to do your shopping and they keep following you around the store even after you say your not interested.

I go to this store all the time. Last time I was there, expired single packed almonds were mixed with safe to eat almonds. The rotten ones expired in 2021. The ones I thought I bought expire in August 2024. If you shop here, make sure you check every product thoroughly. I think it's sad that this happened. How does anyone who stocks a shelf think this is ok. I'll be seeing how I feel later today. Unfortunately I thought I could trust what I buy from this store.

I went to this place to buy 1 beer,and i’m a tourist, i bring my ID and Passport and the old man won’t sell me because i didn’t had an ID from California, and the guy was absolutely rude, if that’s how this stores are doing they most have more training because that at some point racist, they are ignorants of the laws

I use to like coming here but everytime I buy something I'm over charged for at least 3 to 4 items. The cashier's aren't very friendly about checking the prices either they get bothered and won't change the price. I just submitted a complaint with Weights and Measures to investigate most ticket prices on display ring up higher at the register this happens all the time gets super frustrating. Milk, asparagus, cold medicine , 25 calories tortillas are just a few of the items it's not even things that are on sale. Also train your employees to be helpful and actually do a physical price check instead of scanning the items with there phones and saying that's the price if I want it or not. There overcharging and not changing the prices to the correct price. It's not fair that I have to over pay or not get my item just because your employee doesn't want to do their job Last time I had to get a manager involved to change the price because the cashier ( Elizabeth) refused to change the price.
