Am so disappointed in FedEx. I have been home all day, you then sent me an email that you couldn't deliver my package because no one was there to receive it. I know its a heavy package but atleast you should have knocked on the door and asked me to help carry it. Poor services

This particular location that delivers in North Hills area one of the drivers constantly stealing packages. It’s been second package from January 16th/23 till today January 23/23 i am expecting another package before 8pm it hasn’t been delivered. And they won’t answer phone calls just a f customer service. These people needs to be investigated the whole fedex . Thieves

Nice person, plenty of parking spaces, but they don't have any supplies, so if you need an envelope or something, you need to either bring everything, or buy at the store.

FedEx sent me an email saying there was no one here to sign for a delivery. I am 93 years old and am always home. I have spent a week trying to get delivery, but they “don’t get that “ when I give them the tracking number. They are impossible! Worse, Safari can’t find the page for rescheduling. So I will have to take Uber to one of the sites and hope it is the right one. They left no door tag. Terrible!!

I was basically denied service because my package was too big and was told no driver would pick it up. Now I have to go to another fedex facility but I can’t today. It’s an inconvenience and for a fedex facility not to pick up and deliver packages seems d*** and ironic. This is not how a business should be run.
