Horrible I showed the lady how I wanted my nail and she said she could do them my nail look so ugly and were not shaped like coffin nails never going back again payed 60 dollars am5d they didn't do a good job so disappointed. Don't recommend they don't sanitize the after each use

I love going with Jenny , only one I trust with BOTH my manicured and pedicures! LOVE LOVE LOVE HER WORK! No lifting and my gel could last up to 1 a month yes 1 month and NO LIFTING! Best work I have ever came across! Really helped me with my nail growth journey thank you so much Jenny!!, call to make appointment sometimes wait time is long, but with appointment you get priority , very friendly atmosphere with anyone who does your nails , I just prefer Jenny!

Got here around 12:20 to get a pedicure, they sat me down and had me soak for a long time. It's currently 2:20pm and I still have not gotten my pedicure done and I'm still soaking. Owner is sitting on the chair next to me getting a massage and on his phone. I asked how much longer and he said there's only two people here to do a pedicure. 3 other people came after me got serviced and left. Please don't come here, there's many more places around the valley that can do a better job and actually want to provide a service for you. These people don't care about your time and are LAZY AS FUCK.

Omg I love this place sm I got my nails done on Sunday the guy that did my nails did his Job the staff was nice but I asked him if he had white heart he said they don’t have it and he made it different but i would recommend this place<33

Worst wait time, if they would have been truthful from the start of how long I would have to wait to get my nails done than I wouldn't be writing this . Arrived at 2:28pm got a pedicure got done at about 3:35pm because to top it off they had my feet in the water for about 30 minutes almost before they even attended me knowing that I had requested from the start that I wanted to get a full set of acrylic nails , well my pedicure gets done than they tell me I have to wait 30 more minutes because there is only one nail tech ok I'm already here and it's 3:35pm I might as well wait at this point , I ended up waiting until 4:40pm to get my nails done . I'm 2 weeks away from delivering my baby and trust me I had a lot of patience but this is truly ridiculous service , I won't be coming back . I never give reviews so if I'm giving one now trust me it's because this place really deserves this review .

Worse place, they use cheap materials, unfriendly staff . The gel pop out after 5 days and I went there to fix it .they were so rude

Just experienced THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the young male nail tech that's always on his phone when you walk in(I think his name is Tommie). I came in for a Mani-Pedi fill-in. It was my fault for not looking at my nails before I put them under the UV Light. When I took them out, I noticed that the white tip was far too high up. I asked the gentleman if he could lower them and he WENT OFF ON ME! He kept repeating "Why didn't you look before you put them under the light?" I kept apologizing saying I was sorry and that I didn't see it before hand. He then grabbed my hand and tried to do the nails over again(the 2 on the far left). And then he stopped and kept asking me aggressively "why didn't you look at them before?" I told him "sir, what would you like to do? Are you going to do them over or keep arguing because I will leave." He then said "I don't care, leave! But you're going to pay for your nails." I told him "I'm not paying until my nails are done right." And then he got up and started speaking in a different language out loud. Someone else came over and told me to get a pedicure(while my nails still looked like this). There were multiple workers who were just sitting down (not working) watching this happen and no one told me they could re-do it. I then said to the lady telling me to sit down for a pedicure, "I'm not going to stay here and pay you while getting treated like this". I walked out and I WILL NEVER COME BACK!! I've experienced horrible nail techs, unprofessional even....but none that has ever been aggressive towards me. Whoever did my nails has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE and needs to be fired!!!!
