Fitting rooms are still closed due to "covid" but they have mirrors outside for you to try on clothing so that makes NO SENSE. The staff don't even wear masks so, again, there's obviously an ulterior motive. And you'd think they be temporarily lenient about accepting refunds until their fitting rooms reopen but they still only take exchanges. So, in the end you're left guessing whether the clothes fit or not and if they don't, they hope you don't come back to exchange it. Money scheme 100%. I'm sitting outside until they open so I can exchange what I bought yesterday and then I'm not returning ever again. I hope they know their business model is not promoting customer loyalty. They think we're stupid and don't know what they're doing. But I see you. Also, high prices for cheap Chinese clothes.

I used to really love this place but I don't live nearby and they won't allow you to try on any clothes. You only have 7 days to EXCHANGE anything that didn't fit and it's a 40 min drive from my house so it's super inconvenient. Just laziness on the stores part to not have a fitting room attendant, not to mention greed that people will buy clothes and then forget in a week they had to come back and be stuck with them. I recommend May Max in Arleta or both Fashion Q and MODE in the panorama mall allow you to try on clothes. Basically the same fashion selection too.

They used to be cool but they definitely follow you around if you "look suspicious". Suspicious meaning a person of color with tattoos and a handbag lol. I had this lady following me around like she was my personal assistant. Every time I held an item while walking around, she came to grab it to "hold for me" at the register. They return policy sucks but it's also flimsy clothes so there's not much to expect from a store like this. ALWAYS CHECK THE CLOTHES FOR STAINS OR TEARS!!

The store is nice clean and big. But the prices are not the cheapest for the type of clothes they carry. I’ve worked in the apparel industry for over 15 years and I know the trendy brands. Some of the stuff in the store are overpriced. The styles are cute but almost everything is crop tops. I’m sure that’s what’s in style but they need to add a mixture of non crop blouses. I won’t be going here again. I wasn’t happy with the prices and selection of clothes. Marshalls had a better selection of blouses and better prices. Sorry but it’s the truth. The store needs a better buyer.

Nice clothing ...but your still not allowed to try anything on due to "CoVid" ...very understandable ...only problem is no money back policy only exchanges ...im still stuck with clothing that are not well fitted and i end up forgetting to go back for the so called exchange..

These clothes aren't accurate to size. I buy a size large it's too small, I buy a plus size and it's too baggy. The refund policy is mediocre. 7 days either exchange or store credit. Uhm hello? My outfit doesn't fit. I've tried all sizes and you guys don't have an outfit that fits me properly. What's more messed up is the fact that their try on closet is closed. All the other stores closets are open by now. They do this to steal money from you. DON'T SHOP HERE.

When I found this place I was hooked. Their prices here for clothes are perfect. They have good material clothes here for women's who's on a budget. They also have teen clothes , and plus size as well. Good accessories as well.
