Excellent service, the lady who took my suit is amazing, my suit was cleaned and delivered perfect, initially I was told my suit will be ready for Monday but she took my suit and asked me if Saturday was fine! That's how you make more clients and a good reputation, I'll be taking all my suits there from now on. Thank you ?

I dropped off 10 items; there was an issue with one of my clothing items when i went to pick up and I was upset, but the owner Miguel was so professional and understanding and reimbursed me for the item. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION HONEST AND FAIR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! They do very good work and if there IS a problem, which hardly ever happens, they make it right right away. This place has good prices and my clothes look nice when I get them back, but it's a run-down and dirty location. Every time I've visited, the parking lot is full of trash which makes the area look sketchy. Why can't businesses be better neighbors and keep their properties clean and welcoming?

WARNING* YOU WONT BELIEVE THEY COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY $2400 one OF A KIND DRESS AND NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME WHEN I NOTICED IT MISSING FROM MY PICK UP. The owner said he will look for it at drip it off personally and never contacted me. I went up a week later to find out my sequence dress was thrown in the dryer with a bunch of other items and got caught in the dryer. He claims he will contact his insurance but refused to pay me back for he fee of the dry cleaning. That alone is bad business customer service. How does one mess up and not make sure you get the cost of labor back at least. *WARNING* do not go to this place with valued items. NOT WORTH TRUSTING THEM. The owner will not apologies. He just says he feels bad for being accused of the run around. Excuses to avoid empathizing. He just says he "would be mad too", but never sorry. Hopefully Allstate doesn't drop him, you can tell he has bad business.

I took in my Gucci purse to the Excell cleaners in Sylmar and I was told she would call me back with the price. She said she would send it out because they don't clean leather at the premises. I received a call within 15 minutes saying it would be $65.00 dollars. I said fine. I tried to retrieve my purse 2 weeks later and was told it was there but was in the back in a box... I was concerned! I came back videoing the next day! The same clerk I gave my purse to brought out a purse that clearly wasn't mine with cut marks all over it a obviously fake Gucci! The clerk said, " oh the leather is thin that's why there are the cuts" I said this isn't my purse! She then brought out a picture of this same fake Gucci saying this is a picture of your purse we sent! Oh my God!!!!! I spoke with a supposed manager, he's blaming the place they sent it out to! No one is calling me back! I've left several messages! The last time I went there the same clerk is telling me to call the place they sent it out to! Come on! This cleaners is unethical! Do not take anything of value here!!!!

just came from them today The lady with the curly hair over price my jacket. She told me she will call me if i have to add more money. i called last week to ask about my jacket and didn't say anything about the price. She ask for an additional 20 dollars. Really bad customer service. i will run away from this business if i were you.
