Unfortunatley Diego's shop is not a complete auto care center. After being mislead by Diego himself who offered to give me money to bring him cars I ended up receiving car after car with new damage as well as noticing Diego pocketed money for parts and just reused old ones. He returned a Mercedes Benz e550 to me with frame damage because he "did not have the time to go back and forth."He then refused to release my Porsche to me despite showing up with cash, credit, and money order.We had to call the police and they forced him to return my car to me. When I walked into the shop he started using profanity after asking me what I was there for and stating he was "surprised" I showed up he let me know he is not a "motherf*****".I'm not even sure what he was amped up on but it was heartbreaking to see a business owner in such emotional Turmoil trying to hustle his customers into storage fees so desperately Very greedy man with very poor workmanship.

I'm just here to give my humbled and personal opinion on Diegos auto shop. The entire staff is amazing and they really do try the best to make the entire process as smooth as possible. As if being in an accident isn't enough you have to deal with the insurance. But Diego and his staff take care of everything from car rentals to auto repair. If you want honest and trustworthy people to work on your vehicle make sure to check them out. I recommend the shop 100%.

I had a big ordeal with my car with my past auto shop at setco in sun valley I had a bad experience with them and to think they were recommended by my "Trust worthy atty" until I discover Diegos auto Auto collision shop by me in the valley Diego the owner is a breath of fresh air very honest very humble kinda guy i work in the entertainment business for 15 years in hollywood and I face with a lot of fake people everyday of my life so I can tell who's faking it or not my point is I felt safe and you can tell that they truly want to help there costumer is there first priority more then making money to real people that need the most help so if you had an accident and needs your car to be in good hands in the valley area? you' be dumb if you don't go to him best guy In business .. thanks Diego for this big car mess that im dealing with you made my car looks brand you again .. all the best. @mcppix_

I recently brought my car here to repair damages after I was hit. Diego took the best care of my car while keeping me updated with insurance inspections and parts delivery. I am beyond happy my friend recommended this place. Very generous and humbled guy I appreciate Diego and his assistant as well as their staff. Whenever anyone asks if I know a shop I will recommend them most definitely!

Diego, Jesus, Gabriella and team of body repairmen are terrific. He knows his business well he does fantastic work he very communicative and patient. My son and I both needed work done he got both of our vehicles back on the road looking great in my case better than before. I highly recommend his shop if you've been in an accident or had your vehicle vandalized keep in mind repairs take time but when he's done you'll appreciate him as much as my son and I have .
