I just love this hotel every time I go over to the valley and I stay the night over to this hotel I live in LA but I use to live oround where the hotel is and grew up there so I love it

I think the place didn't have enough service everything was a long wait rooms could of been just a little modern

For this place to be on Sepulveda it's rather clean and super good customer service and friendly people well mannered too, keep up the good job
