Went here to get tires swapped out and after leaving, the steering was wobbly indicating wheel balance was off. I went back and asked them to rebalance, they only checked the fronts. Had to go to another tire place to get all 4 rebalanced as all original wheel weights were still on! Also, it took over 2 hours for the service, save your time and money and don't go here!

They were very fast, respectful, and charge for a good price. My tire had popped and they got straight to work. Before I went to another tire shop and they had me waiting about 30 minutes until I left and I was already running late so I had went here and it was amazing. Would recommend.

Lifesavers! I did not know the insides of my tires were already down to the wires!! Thankfully I live close and remembered they were there! I had already fixed the suspension issue that caused it, but they made sure to make me aware to have the suspension checked, no knowing I had. They were quick, and professional, and didn't try to make me buy something more costly than I needed to buy!

I took my car to C Tires to get another tire since I had a flat. The guy that sold me a tire gave me a much smaller tire I did not know this so I paid & left and all of a sudden my car started moving side to side and all my Sencers started turning on warning me something was wrong. I took it back to C Tires they gave me a new tire and ask me who help me to change my tire I described who it was and the owner son told me that guy just got fired because lots of people were complaining about him. My Sencers were still on I had to go back 4 more times so that they can turn off the Sencers. The son ask me to bring my car today at 8:00am it was going to take 3 hours to take it to another mechanic to turn off the sensors so I left them my phone number so they can call me once my car is ready... it is now 2:00pm I never got a call from them to go pick up my car supposedly the owner was going to take it to a mechanic to have it programmed when I got there his son lied to me and told me that his dad drove the car and no lights were turned on I asked for my keys and went to check myself when I turned on my car all the Sencers were still on I went back and told the owner son how is it possible that you said your dad drove my car and no Sencers were turn on but yet I just turn on my car and they are still all on. At this point he was ignoring me and he said well what are we going to do. The father "Owner" was no were to be found. He was rude and lied to me about taking my car to another mechanic. This are not honest people they give you tires that are not for your car they are so rude and dishonest. They kept on telling me that the owner was going to get there and he never did so I left and brought my car back home after it was parked for 6 hours and nothing was done to it...they did not take responsibility for there wrong doing. Be careful if possible don't go to this tire place!

Excellent service! Helped me out a few weeks ago. I called literally minutes before they closed and explained I had a nail in my tire and and was scheduled for a business trip the next morning. The gentleman told me to go and they would take care of me and they sure diid! They patched me right up and I couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommend this friendly tire shop.

I was shopping around for prices they gave me a good price over the phone but when I showed up.... Nobody knew anything ..they couldn't even remember their own name how sad is that.. I don't blame them though business is business I just hope they wake up from their deep sleep and realize that the only ones getting hurt is themselves.. ✌️????

I work from far and this is 4th time c tires help me out. Not only good product but great prices. Never deal with up Sales like other tire shops around the area. Everyone in this shop is so helpful and I driver from far just for there Business. Truly best in the valley.... I'd rate 10 star if I could.

Unbelievable Service and Standards! A friend of mine told me about this guy. I live in Ojai, but because he was so highly recommended I choose to do business with him. I was in the market for new tires for my newly purchased motorhome. His prices were great, included in the price is mounting and balancing. I made the schlep and drove Betty Bounder up to SB (about 45 min ish from Ojai). Shortly after arriving the gentlemen realized that the 6 tires he quoted the price for would not fit the current rims (I guess the width was different). I was a little upset at the oversight of this important detail and he could tell. BUT, along with an apology, HE OFFERED $40 IN GAS $, JUST FOR MAKING THE TRIP!!! A tire guy that offers gas money to a customer when he's not able to sell or service nothing?! AMAZING business ethics! I will definitely recommend him to others and will make certain to do future business with him. Thank you C tires!
