Worst experience ever store is really dirty I went in and this young lady Karina was not in the front I waited 30 minutes or more after she came out Itold her of a phone I was looking for which was a Samsung and told her about how i wanted a phone with insurance and when she was charging me she said insurance was included. I ended up checking was was included and she told me at the end that she couldn't add the insurance and she called someone else to find how to do and at the end she couldn't add it I also asked for a screen glass and she sticked it like 3 or 4 times that screen ended up falling I also got a case and the back was broken and I told her and she started giving attitude I was never been this humiliating in front of people I asked for a corporate number and I didn't wanna sound like a Karen but I was not receiving much help and politeness I ended up going to another store in van nuys and she was there on Monday and she ignored me and went to the back I need a response back of further actions about this and I will need corporates number

This was one of the best experiences I ever had in a boost store. I had purchased my phone online since I couldn't find it at other locations, but I was having issues activating and purchasing insurance as they were not able to do it over the phone with boost. I went over here because I saw they had good reviews and Karina was wonderful and helped me out tremendously. She had to jump through some hoops, but she was able to activate and insure my phone to my satisfaction. They are definitely the location to go to if you need to go in store for anything. Thank you so much Karina!
