Both staff members were so kind and helpful. The woman at the front represents what quality customer service is. I wish I knew the gentleman's name who put my new headlights in, he went above and beyond.

New to the area. So happy to find this store in Morro Bay! Tony is a wonderful, knowledgeable, patient person. He took the time to answer questions; definitely went above and beyond to help me. The whole store was neat, clean and well run. Ruth was helpful too. Lots of happy customers there. Was very impressed.

Reseda Blvd store was the worst. The manager was Unfriendly and unhelpful. Her clerk was incompetent. It took her forever to find the oil filter I needed and it turned out to be the wrong I went to the Nordoff store and Ilda the manager was great. Night and day.

I I had to replace the radiator twice because the radiator was defective. Then out of stock on the item had too go to another store 2 miles further and my transportation was a bike. ILast but not least, when they scanned the bar code for my account, no information was available. I had to come back another day to try again and still using the bike for transportation. 8 miles round trip in the heat. From My overall experience at that time I give AutoZone an overall rating of 2 out of 5 stars. ** ??

Spent an hour searching for a part for my RoadTrek. Just didn’t want to give up without searching all options.

Can always get what you need and help from the employees to put things you buy into your car such as fluids, some parts. Called ahead to be sure they had part. Recently got battery for key fob. Can find Accessories for car also. Great for do it yourselfers.

Laura was Amazing she truly went over and beyond to assist me with all my questions.Very patient and had excellent customer service. Even though another employee waa so very rude that i was going to just walk out and go somewhere else her name was ILDA i truly couldn’t believe what horrible customer service she had, Laura stepped in to save the day. Thankyou so much Laura for helping assist me ILDA needs way more training if she doesnt like her job she needs to quit.
