“I have an appointment regarding debt consolidation. I was on time but the associate who is supposed to help me is taking longer with her current client. So she passed me along to Mr Nick. Mr Nick is pleased to help out. He listened to my concerns and was able to give me advice and additional information. He didn't pressure me to decide right there and then. He gave me his calling card and told me to call if I have more questions. The bank isn't busy. An associate greets you and asks what you're there for upon entering. There are 4 ATMs enclosed and has a separate entrance. Great when it is raining. Ample parking as it is shared with a plaza.”
