Bad service and there is no security for your items. Use your money on a company that can be professional about how they go about delivering things your family back home needs. If you want to blame it on your own country, try being a better businessperson.

They have weight limit. I dont know why. And other shipping companies dont. So im sure they are losing customers

Very bad experience...No system...I waited for my scheduled time but no one even called...I wasted my time. HORRIBLE CARGO COMPANY!
