I just recently visited this 7 11 and am very disappointed. I paid for 2 bags of chips and they failed to place it in the bag. I did not notice until I got into my vehicle and when I went back in to retrieve them they said I did not forget them and I was trying to "steel" from them. Never again this 7 11. They will cheat you out of your money and accuse you of theft. Horrible customer service.

very busy morning, there was 5-6 people in line clearly just trying to pay & get out. Raja (cashier) was doing his best to service but the other guy that’s supposed to be his partner was just SLOWLY putting food into the warmer for the chicken skewers & pizza slices not even bothering to step up to the plate & work cashier while clearly there’s a lot of people in line that want to pay & get out. not very convenient for a “convenience store” people have places to go!

Not open 24 hours , not open @ 5:16 on a Saturday. Why ? Also gentlemen inside just looked out shook his head , laughed and went to the back .

The 7-Eleven store I visited was generally clean, but I was disappointed with the quality of their food. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for quite some time, which was evident in its taste. When I asked for fresh slices, I was told they were out, which was hard to believe considering it was still early on a Friday. Overall, while the cleanliness was satisfactory, the food experience left much to be desired.

I have lived on balboa/Roscoe for years & have always had great experience! At this 711 But for these last couple months a chubby older man with white hair always has a really bad attitude ! Name could be “raja” not 100% sure Didn’t mind it as much because you never what someone is going through in life . But today was the last straw for me , I came in this morning to get my usual coffee & I noticed coffee tasted weird I told the older man about it , he didn’t care at all so I said okay no problem will just get another coffee as I made a new one I noticed the coffee creamer was expired it had mold & look like jelly . I showed the older man that this why coffee is tasting weird !!! & told him this could make someone super sick ! & he did not care at all I told him you need to throw all this away ! “He yelled at me & said “ shipment is on the way “ I left ! Seeing how there was no reasoning with him . I had tooken a couple sips from the first coffee I made & now my stomach hurts really bad & keep going to bathroom ! I would like to talk to owner or representative or will not return here again .

Employees often argue with the customers . The owner has a negative attitude now. The posted prices are often wrong. Getting way to expensive. Prices seem to be going up weekly. The special offers they seldom have. I go to other 7-11s and never have a problem. What is the problem with the Roscoe and Balboa franchise?
