I stopped by this 7 Eleven to use my T-Mobile Tuesday deals on the large slurpee. I never been to this 7 Eleven before or had a slurpee in a while but since I was in the area I decided to give it a try. I found parking alright since I came in the morning but the plaza this store is in can get very busy. They were not busy at all when I came but they ran out of the large slurpee cups so I asked an employee. She told me that I can use the large big glup cup so I did. I got the blue raspberry slurpee since the homeless people who came in after me all went for the cherry. The employees here today was nice to me and I was able to look at their chips and chocolate selection. My slurpee was good, been a while and still taste awesome

Cashier was eating @the register and acted annoyed and put out at having to briefly pause eating & staring at his phone. Rude, unprofessional and to say he was unhelpful is a massive understatement!

Second time I’ve been her before 10 and all of sudden it’s closed I was under the impression that 711s don’t close and if they do they would have hours posted which it does not horrible .

Best 7- Eleven ever i have seen so far. The guy who works in evening shift, I don’t know if he is Armenian or which part of middle east or India, but yeah he is very Friendly and his English is very fluent. We actually need this kind of Customer Service Support from 7- Eleven. Best Customer Service I have ever seen!!!

I am very upset with this place, the afternoon employee to begin with never has a system to charge by card 2 every time I go he charges me extra, the times I buy cigarettes he charges me 1 or 2 dollars extra because he says he does not accept Mexican ID, today 26 October at 6:25pm I went and bought 2 Cocacolas, 2 Maruchan soups and 2 Big Gulps. He wanted to charge me 20 dollars, it's unfair and I'm fed up with him always doing that because it's the closest store to me.do something for the employee, I'm not the first to complain about this, thank you. I wanted to contact you guys but you don't answer.

service so disrespectful. The worker wasn’t helping all with my family. When we bought the Slurpee, it wasn’t working well so we asked for help but the worker was talking in the phone. Honestly the worst 7/11 I’ve been too. Will never come again.

Really rude bad store employee really rude about it being closed at 11;59 even though website says open 24 hour could’ve been a bit more respectful and explain employee just yelled and was rude . Never come her employees rude and just never accurate

Employee charged more than pricing displayed on the shelf. Bought some Tide detergent listed on the shelf for $8.00 (rounded up) and the cashier charged me $9.99 (before tax). I asked about the price difference, but he was too busy talking on his phone, so he told me to "check your receipt" before walking away. It's also strange that you can reload a GreenDot card here, but only when certain people are working. I came in to load a card last Friday and was told by the same guy "oh no. Not today". Came back 1 hour later and the other employee had no problem completing the transaction. Not a coincidence. Just the difference between lazy and good employees.

Sayed that works in the evening is the biggest d-bag ever. The beer is incorrectly labeled, and when rung up is at a price higher than shown on the shelf. Last time it happened, he just angrily told me I was looking at the wrong label. This time, having triple checked the before hand, when he rung it up I asked why it wasn’t the same price as the shelf, same response, this time I stuck to my guns and he nastily told me to go take a picture then. So I did, the picture confirming my price. He still argued with me and was a general j*** the whole time. The difference in price wasn’t the issue- it was his completely disrespectful and condescending attitude, especially when he was wrong. Will definitely be calling corporate, glad I took that picture
