I called bank before hand and as soon i got to the bank regarding my account after driving 2 hours just for them to tell me to make an appointment. I said no just close my account and husna started yelling at me because i told her i didnt want to keep my account with the anymore for the way their are treating people. Service their is the worst i have ever had. Will never bank with them again. Oh and she slid my id to me so hard it fell to the floor and she just giggled.

My dad went in trying to deposit his pay check and the lady ( don't know her name ) didn't want to cash it out because his ID was " expired " according to her. His ID is not expired!! Horrible service! Don't waist your time here!

I deposited 1500 all at once atm ate $500 . So it only accredited 1,000 . I filed a claim and they gave me a temporary credit just to reverse the credit and say they didn't find extra cash . This bank is fraud . They are stealing money right infront of our face .

Manager lady yesterday didn't cash my check, gave me a run around. Some b.s. went some where else got it done in less then 5 mins. Suggest go to a real bank. She doesn't know what she's doing.

I'm a Navy Federal member and even called Wells Fargo's 800 number and explained that I'm not a member but am I able to exchange $20s for larger bills if I use their ATM. Was told by Tony's manager that it would be fine. Go in, get money out of the ATM, once the bank opened went to do the exchange and was told I wouldn't be able to exchange anything over $20 because I'm not a member. I guess I should have known better than to trust Wells Fargo.

This is the 3rd time I've been here because I've needed a money order. At least 6 people in line . Only 2 bankers the atm is never working. Only good thing is that the bankers are very nice That's why 2 stars
