“This hole in the wall business in Auburn Blvd. Houses a repair service for both watches and jewelry that is very good. As you walk in, you are greeted with a place that is serious about repairs. Dozen of drawers contain anything needed for the repair. He repairs watches quickly, correctly and with a smile. I'll be back.”

“The best jewelry store! I had a custom ring made and the results were phenomenal! Marty was so patient with me when I was so particular about details. Bringing his expertise and experience to help me design my dream ring was a seamless process. I definitely recommend this jeweler! Just in case others were wondering about other local jewelry stores, I had another ring custom made at Kenny G (with Robert who is no longer there) and had the worse experience. I am not sure if it is just that particular employee or not but the ring came back uneven and the experience was stressful. “If I could give this place 10stars I would! My fiancé and stopped by Devons to look for his wedding band, and the salesman Oscar went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect band. One thing that stood out about this store is, during our first visit we were not pressured/hassled to immediately make a purchase. After shopping around, I came back a few weeks later to purchase the ring and the price was the exact same! On top of that, since the ring had to be shipped to the store and our wedding was a month out, Oscar and his manager did a rush order for us to ensure we had the ring a week before our wedding date. Thank you Oscar for your superior customer service!”

“My daughter finally got her ears pierced at this location and the worker was great! I think her name was Kat, but she was sensitive to my daughter being a little nervous, and everything was very sanitary. The new earrings are already set in the track that attaches to the tool for the actual piercing so the earring itself isn't touched by hands. She wiped down the counter and laid down paper towels. Cleaned the ears and consulted me when she was placing the guide dot with the marker. She also made sure we knew about the cleaning steps and told me to watch for embedding. The earrings are also loose in her ears to keep that from happening. Very good experience here. (Went on June 30th)”

I nudged him to consider Kenny G and he was grateful I did because the selection, the quality of diamonds and the customer service he received was hands down top-notch. Mathew Moreno was patient and guided us while we redesigned our wedding bands. Mr. Gordon himself sat with me recently and was very patient with me while I went back and forth many times trying to make up my mind on a small little band. He is such a busy man and didn't have to, but he did. Mackenzie is a very helpful young lady and I can't wait to go back and work with her. The entire staff is friendly and patient with clients like me. Also, they have a wonderful jewelry appraisal service for insurance purposes and they clean your rings.”

They have a bunch of options for everyone's budget, I ended up getting his name done in white gold western lettering and it came out beautifully Jose did a very good job! Joyeria Los Angeles has a bunch of gold hoop earrings, large variety of chains, pendants and rings for everyone. They also do jewelry repairs, money transfers and have a bunch of clothes, work boots and cowboy boots! They also have Facebook/Instagram and are always posting sales they are having. Definitely recommend 100%”
