I went to pickup some documents I had printed and Caesar the shift leader attended me- he was nothing but rude. A nasty attitude from the first words that came out of his mouth. He tried to tell me my order wasn't there and that I placed my order under a different name because it didn't print my full name even though it was perfectly fine in my confirmation email from Walgreens. Talked to me as if I was stupid when he was trying to give me the wrong stuff... smh. The printings were great though.

Came in to pick up my photo orders today and it was ready as always. All the staff here are always friendly, nice and accommodating. The branch was clean and the shelves were always full and properly organized.

These people at the pharmacy are super slow at filling prescriptions. Waited all day for a script they had when they opened to be filled. Will be looking into another pharmacy!

This location has the best pharmacy staff. They are super quick and efficient! Always fill my routine meds on time without issue and fill emergency meds like antibiotics for kids with haste! I appreciate how on top of it they are here so much. Thank you guys!

The only reason I am giving the pharmacy four stars is because the good outweighs the bad. Re: pharmacy. There is a woman who is extremely rude and does not want to help anyone. Another woman, Bella is sweet.But, the pharmacist is amazing. She is a sweetheart and actually cares about people. I witnessed her walk out of the pharmacy and direct a man to the cold medicine.She has excellent customer service.This was my experience on July 28, 2022 at 9:00 am. I thought it important to put the date and time so customer service issues can be addressed.Cynthia is the pharmacist.

The employees are the worst. They never greet you, they just ring you up and shove your receipt at you without a word. Their customer service sucks.

Lost a customer. I made it clear and known that I'd be giving them a huge toy haul for Toys For Tots. Left the store. Had a odd feeling so I called. Manager claimed it's so much she has no room to store the toys. I asked ahead in advance and two sale associations gave me the green light to donate. They claimed on the phone to bring it all in and they will work it out. I did and it was a huge mistake. The manager couldn't care less that people have kind hearts and wanted to share the seasons with others. She was offended that her box was overfilled. This store shouldn't do a Toys For Tots ever again. The cashier ignored me when I told her that I had more than one box to donate. Very bad miscommunication from the staff. Not helpful and embarrassing. I have to pick up all my donations because the manager is so upset by it. Awful store. Shop elsewhere. Then manager claims that you have to buy a Toy from their store only!? After I unloaded my Toy haul that's so disrespectful and annoying. No one told me beforehand. No wonder why this store has such awful ratings.

I went to the pharmacy here for my covid-19 booster. There was an error on my vaccination card and instead of helping me, the pharmacist sent me away because she said she couldn't do anything. I found out that it was really easy to download my vaccine record from the CDCs website once I got home, but they didn't tell me that while I was there to get my appointment.

Absolutely terrible! I scheduled an appointment to get vaccinated because it was the most convenient place to go. When I got there, the pharmacy employee asked for my driver's license so he could set up my customer profile into their database. I didn't have an issue with that. What I did have issue with was that he didn't enter my information correctly. He misspelled my name and my street address. So, when it came to my COVID vaccine card, the information was wrong. Fortunately, I noticed it before I left so I had the pharmacy fix it. In the middle of him filling out a new card, he writes my date of birth wrong, which I pointed out. He gets another card and starts over. With all these errors, it makes me wonder if I even got the right shot. The only thing I can recommend to other people is to steer clear of this place!

I always have issues here and they’re so rude and just unprofessional, the pharmacy is terrible as well. Save yourself sometime and go somewhere else.

have applied here MULTIPLE times and the manager refuses to hire me shes hired mad people ive been living in north highlands for a year and havent even been considered for employment like i dont know whats her issue with black men working for her company its very weird
