The man who runs the shop is very personable , friendly and he knows what he’s doing. They’re quick with repairs . You can feel confidant that the work was done right. What I love about Three Points is their flexibility and creativity in how they approach repairs. Unlike dealerships, which often take an “all-or-nothing” stance and can be overly rigid, Eduardo and his team find smart, strategic solutions that are both high-quality and cost-effective.
Here’s how I work it: I take advantage of my dealership’s oil change deal (free every 10K miles) and then head to Three Points for my 5K services in between — that way, my BMW 430i Drop Top gets the best of both worlds.

“This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair.
