“This place is sorta hidden from sight if you don’t know it’s there you might not ever see it. But it is worth looking for if you need work done on your vehicle. The man who runs the shop is very personable , friendly and he knows what he’s doing. They’re quick with repairs . You can feel confidant that the work was done right. This is my go to mechanic shop.”
“I got my truck towed in because I found antifreeze all over the ground underneath it. I also had a strong smell of antifreeze when I turned on the heater. Not only did they let me get it towed there at closing they waited for it to arrive a few minutes after they closed. The next morning they diagnosed the issues. They contacted my extended warranty company and did what needed to be done to get it covered. They sent me pics and let me know what to expect etc. They were so knowledgeable and super nice. They made sure to take it for a test drive to make sure everything was good. Not only did they save me the time, hassle and stress of having to contact the insurance Company they dealt with them every step of the way. Above and beyond is what comes to mind when I think about my experience with them. I will never go back to the dealership again. I will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business. I don’t do 5 stars often but I gotta say they deserve every one of them.”

“This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair. “I called around for a auto diagnostic to figure out why exactly my check engine light would randomly come on. When it did my car would be a bit sluggish.
Every place I called was charging a hefty price. This location was free. They had my car for the morning and figured out it was the transmission. They even called the dealership and figured out that it prob would be covered under my warranty. I was charged zero for this service.
Jack the service writer was awesome and Mike the owner was great. I live really close and Mike even gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait.
