This owner lives in my town and post hateful comments against the LGBTQIA+ community. A little advise, you should really think before you post hate especially when you own a business! I would never do business with this guy!

These guys helped me out with a stack of custom aprons on a short time frame and the work came out great and when I needed them. Now going back to work with them on my business sweaters. Highly recommend!

Yelpers beware!! The owner of this business claims that the reviews under this business are false, made by "snowflakes". They seem very much legitimate to me. Just goes to show the lack of professionalism on behalf of a business owner. It's hard to trust these types of people. Stay away!

Jake did a fantastic job. My anniversary present for my wife came out amazing. He takes enormous pride in his work and it shows. Thank you!! I will be coming back!

I was told the turn around time for shirts was 5-10 days. 15 days later NO SHIRTS. They were for an event that came and went. Paid up front and now I’m stuck with 60 shirts that I can’t use. He is unwilling to take responsibility for any part in this and will not give us even half of our money back. The closer we got to the event date the more he started avoiding my calls, emails and messages. He finally answered when my husband called. The shirts had not even been started. And would not be done in time. Horrible customer service. Obviously not interested in gaining new business. We called to say we are picking up the shirts (3hours away) and the doors were locked and no one there when we arrived. Not a man of his word.

If you read Conner's review - the exact thing happened to us but we are out $2000. Special event tshirts and sweatshirts not done in time for the event. Jake started avoiding my calls and email and messages. He said his turn around time was 5-10 days. He had 15 days to to do 60 shirts. He told me 100 percent they would be done. Horrible customer service. We were going to be using him for all of our summer shirts but not now. His response will be they were done. And they were finally done Wednesday night before thanksgiving, the event was Friday after thanksgiving and we live 3 hours away. The original plan was to pick them up but we never would have made before they closed. He advertised rush orders accepted. As of Wednesday he should have rushed to fedex and over nighted them so we could have them at least by Saturday. That would have been good customer service. Oh..and we called him to let him know we would be there to pick them up on Monday. (3 hours away) cuz I'm not letting him keep my $2000 and the shirts. Guess what- no one was in the shop. Doors locked during business hours. He had to ship them any way.

If you want to actually have your order you paid for, don’t use this place. My partner ordered some overpriced hats and Ts with the understanding it would take one week. It’s almost three weeks later and the hats and Ts we needed are not here for an event we needed them for. If we had known it would be this long in the first place, we would have used a different vendor.
