Don't ever accept work from or hire this company. They are a preferred service center for Samsung. I am now on month two to get an ice maker repaired that they can't fix and they NEVER ANSWER their phone! Always on hold for 30 minutes and then they hang up. Always takes multiple calls.

Wow, seems Samsung hire some real rude people to represent them. The female that get putting the phone down on me basically called me a liar. Disgusting!!
