I wish I can give 0 stars....i had a bad experience...I bought a necklace set from there when bring home I found out some beads are missing from the necklace, so my husband went and return it next day, and he got another one that was a different set than the one I bought. Thinking that the set is in good condition ...I was so looking forward to wear it in the wedding the following week or so....when I did put on the day of wedding...I put on the earring and the earring fell right on the floor...it was a broken piece.I called the store and ask for a exchange but the owner refuse to return it saying its not her responsibility to return it since I had it for a while and she stated "what I will do with a broken set, she said oh I cannot sell that"..I told her its not my fault that you sell me a defective piece...Iam just asking you to give me another set ...she said No...the owner stated .."she has this store for 3 years and Iam the only person who has complain". I told her Iam not lying Iam just telling you my experience. But still the owner refuse to exchange the set. That set is not good for me either since I cannot wear it. I personally think this is not a good customer service.

The owner of the shop is very kind and co-operative. You might find new arrivals in other shops but not necessarily they would show with patience,but if you end up in this store..she will listen to your need and will help pick up what you need. Give it a shot ! who knows you might find what you need
