She is genuinely nice & runs her place with kindness & integrity. We been coming here for years & have never seen her be rude or mean. Even in the beginning when I didn't understand shipping, she always prints & helps me when I am lost on how to do things.”

“This key shop has many features! Not only is it a key shop, but they offer private P.O boxes, They can Fax, print copies, they can send emails and attach documents if needed, they offer FedEx. The owner Allen and his family are sweet people and if they don't have a service that you need they will try to send you in the right direction. As a communitylet's help support this little shop. They are located in the heart of Rio linda in the parking lot of the mini shopping center on Oak lane and M street. Come check them out.”
“I had no idea this place existed until I started working from home and had to mail several packages a day. The woman that works there, and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, is one of the kindest and most professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This Annex is within 1/2 mile of my home and has been an absolute Godsend!OMG. I just read a post from a Luna Rose! What a racist, Entitled woman! I do business with this Annex almost every day. I primarily just drop off packages to be mailed so they really don't make any money from me. Yet, they are the kindest and most professional people that I have worked with in years! I don't mind telling you that I am a caucasian woman and this "indian" woman, as you so racially described her, is one of the kindest and most respectful women I have ever met! I notice I have visited may ups stores and they have always have charged me for piece of tape and this owner did not charge for the tape . It is so nice to see people like them who has world class customer service I will be back to this store again”

“Been coming here since I was a teenager. I used this spot a lot to re-sell books, drop off packages etc. They had a discount for text books and students etc (still might). The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.”

UPS store had 45 min wait so went here. Previously used notary at 3101 Sunset Blvd in Rocklin but they were rude and slow.”

This locations staff are always super nice, patient, overall just decent people, unlike the El Camino location that seems to make up there own rules about packages from Amazon. I will go there and the runaround and rudeness and then come to this one and not have one single issue. Keep doing what you do and thanks for just being nice and not taking your bad day out on random customers like the other location.”

“I've been to this specific UPS store three times since the start of the new year (2024) and every time I have been astonished at how smooth and well run it is! It's clearly NOT staffed at the level it should be, but the ladies who I have seen working here are fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Notary is nice and speedy. The amazon returns are a snap. And they are always nice and polite.”

I did notice however that there was a man in the back being inconsiderately loud. Come to find out that was their manager. “Postal Annex is a breath of fresh air, a sigh of relief... in this busy world we live in it's nice to know that there's a place where you can pop in, get your packages shipped and go on about the rest of your day.This is such a place.The lady there is sooo nice, she got my package addressed and done in just a couple of minutes. This was a much better experience than going anywhere else and having to wait in line.(I was going to go to the post office, here was BETTER!)”
