I had scheduled an appointment to try on dresses. I am mortified the owner made my daughter and I wait while she went to buy lunch. We weren't welcome inside the store as soon as we entered you felt the ugliest feeling of no customer service. The owners daughter was bothered that we were asking for a certain color that they didn't have available at their store. While I was looking around for an option so that my daughter can try some on the owner and her daughter were making faces about me as if they didn't want to pull down other dresses from the rack. As my daughter was trying on a dress the owner was placing the dress in a rough manner that my daughter's face was scratched in the process. As I was taking photos of my daughter in a midnight blue dress the owner proceeded to comment she would charge me for the photos I take. I have never experienced this sort of service in my life! I will Never ever return to this store again! Please save yourself and your daughter's beautiful experience from being ruined. I recommend Esmeralda's or Magnolias they are the sweetest and they go above and beyond for your daughter's special moment.

Doesn't even deserve a one star review. The lady running this place is rude and hostile. She made my niece feel uncomfortable and rushed us while we were browsing. We tried on a dress and she kept giving us attitude about not touching any of the dresses. I'm spending 1400 on a dress and this is how we are treated. It's absolutely insane that she runs her business in this manner. Please do not go here this lady could care less about her business. There are far better places with great customer service. We left unhappy.

I got my quince dress here and it was beautiful. Pretty reasonable price, great customer service. Really recommend going here if you need any dresses or party favors for your special events.

The lady miss measured my son..ordered a suit 2 sizes too large! 2XL ..I had to buy him pants & a shirt to use..She would not refund any money due to her error in measuring. ...not great customer service . Also the tides are over priced! Would not recommended. ...
