I'm a very happy customer. My printer started making a horrible noise. I sent an e-mail and Jeremy responded quickly. He offered suggestions which solved my problem. Since it had been awhile since the printer had any routine maintenance, I made an appointment. Jeremy arrived at the appointed time, took everything apart and cleaned it. Two rollers needed to be replaced, and the tray adjusted. The tray was what caused the noise in the first place. The price was what I expected. I could have saved money by taking my printer to his shop, but it's a HP600, much to heavy for me to handle.

I was so frustrated with my printer, it was not working properly and honestly I didn’t have time to deal with it. I requested a house call because I work out of my home. When Jeremy came over to fix my printer, he made all my printer worries disappear. Not only was he the nicest guy, but he fixed my printer with no hesitation. Super fast too. He replaced my fuser, and now my printer works like a charm. 12/10 would recommend Laser Age for your printer repair needs. Office staff was so accommodating as well - thank you Heidi! What an awesome company!

I thought my printer had taken a major crash. I took it into Laser Age and got some very excellent customer service. It turned out that it was a very simple fix and they told me so. I am sure they treat all of their customers as well as they treated me. I would highly recommend Laser Age to anyone who has a printer need or issue. It is a real treat to know that there are still companies out there that believe in superior customer service.

I work for a small organization and our printer was acting up so we decided to have it looked at because we weren't sure if it would be cost effective to fix. Laser Age was recommended to us by a local IT company we trust so I quickly gave them a call. The service Laser Age provided me was incredibly professional & friendly -- I was even updated with what was happening to the printer. Most companies would have probably charged me quite a bit to look at the printer and figure out what was wrong with it, but that wasn't the case with Laser Age. I felt like the service was HONEST. Jeremy the service technician told me that the printer wouldn't be cost effective to fix after looking into the issues we were having, which made sense because the printer was older and had been giving people issues for ages. I'll definitely be utilizing Laser Age again in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their printer. Thanks Jeremy!

This is an all-American company that delivers service the way it used to be delivered. Friendly, professional, helpful. I have been taking my printers here for many years and they have always delivered top quality service at reasonable prices. Good toner too. I have some very old HP laser printers that have served me faithfully. When I've run so much work through one of them that it needs service, I take it to Laser Age, and they get it working again like new. Never do they try to tell me my printer is too old or push me into something I don't need or want. The energy in the office is positive, palpably so. I wish more companies would embrace their approach to business. I give them my highest rating, without reservation.
